    Get the family together this Mother's day. Elwood Bathers will be open from 11am for lunch and dinner and will be offering our full a la carte menu. Groups of 9+ will be situated in our beautiful Bay Room and a set menu will apply. Groups of 1-5 will be allocated a 2 hour dining time. Groups of 6+ will be allocated 2.5 hours Table requests will be taken into consideration but no guarantees can be made A cancellation fee of $50pp will apply for cancellations within 48 hours

    Great location, pretty good service and food but at the prices charges it is not worth it. Give this one a miss. Melbourne has so many better places to dine at than this.

    One of the best dining experiences I've had. Food was delicious, service was second to none and the view of the water was amazing. We will definitely be going back again and again and again. Thank you Peter and all the team who took care of us last night.

    Having returned from Canberra, just for the long weekend, Elwood Bathers was a mandatory stop for dinner!! Andy was managing front of house, he and all the Staff are fantastic, Tiago managing the kitchen, just made everything more spectacular. 6 choices of steak, our choice was the scotch, cooked to perfection, fat chips and a small salad… we had to stop post meal to catch our breaths before even thinking of desert!! What topped the night off were the amazing views and just at the right time, as all the selfies were being taken… the curtains went up on the real show… sunset over the bay, capturing nature’s cinema at its best… We could not have asked for better, Food is exceptional and so well priced, drinks were cold and served with a smile, Yet again, Joel’s team got the nail on the head…!! We will be back…

    Just not value for money Can’t hear yourself talk - not hard to modify the facility at a low cost to negate the resonating Some of the ordered items not delivered & admittedly taken off the bill when queried $100pp should be better but it’s popular, busy & what I say won’t make a difference.

    Food we ate was great and service/staff excellent. Very meat based menu, especially mains so not a great choice if a non meat eater. Always very loud in there so you can be shouting at times which isn't great and spoils things a bit.

    We took friends there for a quiet meal it was beyond noisy we had to shout to be heard!! The food was good but for the price not outstanding. Would not recommend this to any of my friends. The staff were lovely helpful and the service friendly and swift.

    Peter and Andrew were outstanding in their hospitality as usual. We were entertaining an overseas guest who loved the food especially the rib eye steak. Sunset on the beach was also a highlight.

    The noise was unbearable…….we literally could not hear each other talk across the table. As a designer i can tell you, concrete floors, glass and no fabric will never be effective for noise. We ate our mains and got out of there as soon as we could to spend 3 hours in elwood village continuing to earn and drink just because of the noise.\

    We enjoyed a beautiful lunch at Elwood bathers for my mum’s birthday. We were seated next to the window with a gorgeous view of Elwood beach. The food was outstanding!!!! Everything we ordered from the chargrilled squid to the summer salad was beautifully presented, and tasted delicious!. The staff were friendly and very attentive. A beautiful restaurant and venue!

    Nice place to go “once”as the food was good (not spectacular). Very nice decor and friendly staff however felt rushed everytime our meal finished the waiter immediately came to ask if we were finished. Food quite an expensive menu considering the selection.

    I have been once before and brought two gal pals for a special occasion, they had never been. I personally was even more impressed from the previous visit which had been a casual lunch and the ladies have echoed this sentiment with one stating to me this morning that it is the “best dining experience in Melbourne in a long time.” We loved the location, the windows side table watching the waves and sunset, delicious cocktails, the lovely Petit Chablis, the amazing service from all of the team including the fellow from Macedon Ranges, the lovely Maître’d, Claudia, the bar staff and bar waiter, everyone was exceptional. The food was just something else - so delicious. The seafood pasta is the best on the planet, I cannot wait to have it again. Thank you, we will be back more often!

    We came there for the Valentine’s Day and everyone were confused about the special Valentines Menu that is displayed on this app. After numerous discussions with few members of the staff, the manager told us that the menu it’s old and they don’t have it anymore… Aperitif was not bad ( though a bit pricey ) Main which was some fish from the daily special menu and they claim it’s for two people, was quite thin on a big plate without any cutlery to serve the dish and it was also cold. I presume being cold it’s okay as they served it with a side salad. We also tried the dessert which was the best part of the experience. The ambiance was average ( no music, considering was a special day ) but the service was good and people quite friendly. In conclusion apart from the location and friendly stuff, the restaurant it’s not what I expected and will not come back in the future.
