    We made reservations and when we showed up they apologized and said they forgot to cancel out any reservations and that they were closed for a private party. We were told we could come back after the show and ask for the manager by name to grab a drink to make up for the inconvenience. They recommended another place that we had to wait a long time for a table. When we returned for the promised drink, we were told there was no one that worked there by that name. Will NEVER recommend!

    We arrived to a locked restaurant after receiving a “confirmation text” just hours before. We knocked on the entrance. We were told they had no kitchen staff. We had a concert to attend and the city was packed. We stopped at three additional places on our way to the event, none had space available. Had to go hungry! Thanks Ember for ruining our date night.

    This restaurant never canceled our 830 reservation. We Uber’s from almost an hour away arrived got dropped off and were surprised to find a locked restaurant door. The hostess didn’t even have the decency to come unlock the door and inform us as to why they were closed. She just signaled to us through the glass With both arms crossed in the shape of an X indicating to us that they were closed. As we spoke to another patron, that this also happened to, it appeared to be a very quiet night downtown Orlando so they chose to close but didn’t cancel any reservations they had. We were forced to walk several blocks in this chilly night and fortunately were able to obtain a reservation at a different restaurant.

    Made a reservation for my birthday at 1. Was seated all the way in the back with just cement and a tree. We asked to move to any other table, in or out and they said “they were overbooked” so we had to sit where we were told. (Not sure how that was because 7-8 tables were left unattended the entire time we were there.) We sat for 20 minutes without any server. (Remember- you have a 2 hour limit when you sit.) Had to track down someone who finally gave us our mimosas and told us to go inside for the buffet food. Food was absolute crap- think breakfast at a Holiday in, but you have to pay $50 for it. Everything about this place was bad (although parking garage was across the street!) won’t ever be going back or recommending.

    Food was awful. Burgers and flatbreads were way over cooked. I had a reservation for my wife’s birthday, but nothing was every done for her (even though I noted this in my reservation). Place was dirty and smelled like spilled beer and we were the first people there when it opened. They didn’t clean well from the night before. Seems like more of a college/party vibe than a nice brunch spot to go with friends. If you’re looking for a place with both good food and drink combo, I would not recommend this. Better spots in Orlando with better overall options

    Our server was so sweet. However food was cold and they ran out of orange juice for bottomless mimosas so they weren’t really bottomless bc we had nothing too mix the champagne with most of the time. Just seemed as if it was so unorganized.

    Arrived at 2:30pm drinks were not delivered until 3:15-3:30. Food was ordered around 3:15pm out didn’t receive until 4:09pm. Once our party received the food that actually came out, a few of the items were overcooked. A handful of items never came and then we were told to leave by 4:20pm so they can set up for a party. The whole party stated they will never return again.

    For the price I would skip this brunch. The food really wasn’t very good and once again for the price you don’t get all that much of a selection and it was cold. The atmosphere was very loud so we sat outside, thinking it would be a little more quiet, but it was loud still. We or celebrating and went for a ladies bridal brunch. It was ok, but it just didn’t meet my expectations at all and the price was too much for what we got or should I say didn’t get.

    This was first time we have been at Ember and will never return. There was only one person working bar and tables during diner time. We were told there was a managers meeting, which lasted over an hour and so there was no one to wait on us. We got our own menus, did get the one person working to finally come over to place our order for food and drinks but had to go to bar to remind her of our drink order and get those drinks. Our food arrived hot and food was ok but one of the meals we ordered did not come out, so reordered but never received. Ordered second round of drinks and never received. We had to go to kitchen ourselves for ketchup. Saw people come in and wait, didn’t get served so left. Manager finally came out of meeting and the whole restaurant cheered but when we told him of our experience the only thing he could say was “I understand” which my husband said please stop saying that and apologize and do something about it, which he did nothing. So we left, wish we left when we first arrived. Had we received service we would have been happy to stay and order many more drink rounds. Would not recommend anyone going here.

    Celebrated my 21st birthday here and I had a blast! Food was delicious- really loved the shrimp n grits. Wish the indoor bathroom worked, outside bathroom floors were wet.

    The staff was outstanding and the food was great. They made my 30th birthday really special. Loved the pictures that were taken. I have something to remember the day. Loved it some much trying to convince my sister to come next Saturday.

    There were no food labels by the chaffing dishes. Definitely need labels on the food. Also there needs to be a sign to tell customers to not leave utensils in the chaffing dishes and close the chaffing dishes when they are done getting their food.

    Went here for Sunday brunch..was not impressed. Food was just okay, music was way too loud, bottomless mimosas were good. Overall I don't think I would go back for brunch

    Food was okay. There were not a lot of options to chose from and there happened to be a lot of food missing for a lot of the brunch time. Drinks were good, the white sangria was delicious and our server was lovely.

    Went to bunch for my wife’s birthday it was Me,my wife, Mother in law, 3 kids. I made a reservation and upon arrival I ask can we have a seat inside because when we got their the place was empty and the nasty rude hostess told me no because that was reserved (mind you we stayed their for almost 2 hrs and still no one showed up as we was leaving) they place us outside directly in the sun next to a dirty wall and in dirty water it was nothing but flies around us. I then ask the waitress can we be moved to a table across from which was empty as well and also in the shade. She told me she have to check with the hostess. As she talking to the hostess I hear the rude lady said no, that is also reserved(mind you the whole place is pretty much empty) I ask the hostess her name which she refuse to give me. My wife then ask for the manager and I was move quickly. Our waitress Megan was the best and the endless mimosas was good, But me and my family would not becoming back to this place,

    I came there to experience the Bite30 and I wanted the salad appetizer and they said they don’t have lettuce. Bad kitchen management and inventory. Plus they had no service at the outside bar but lots of employees hanging outside the restaurant.

    In downtown Orlando, so the area is ok. More of a bar setting. When we arrived, 10 of us, the place was empty, and stayed that way the whole night. There was one waiter/busboy/bartendar for the whole place, so getting drinks was slow. There was only one cook, but at least the server didn't have to do that as well. The food was mostly good, although they cooc their meats to medium/well done (one person at our table asked for medium rare, and there was no pink to be seen). I will mention that this was a Monday night, so I don't think they expected many patrons, but our waiter/bartender/busboy did a great job with what he was thrown into, Nice, polite, and honest.

    There were extra charges for the Orlando police dept, the cc fee was not shown on the original receipt, the service was just ok, not great! I will not go back.

    Horrible service. Hostess took us to table and never told us what we had to do to get food at the Buffett style. Had to ask random servers walking around why are we waiting around for over 20 minutes. Was told to see bartender to get bands indicating which service we wanted. Took him another 10 min to finally get to our table and give us wristbands to finally be able to eat. Buffet choices were very limited and trays were quite empty and food was cold and dry. No signs indicating what the food even was to know whether we would want to eat or had dietary restrictions. Very slow servers to replace dishes or clean tables of used dish ware. The music was nice but tables needed more shade or at least some fans outside. Would not recommend or go back.

    DON’T DO IT! Service was TERRIBLE! Food took forever to come out, for example a flatbread took 45 minutes and then it was cold. Some of the people with me never got a meal. One waited over 45 minutes for salmon then they came out and said they were out of salmon. To top that off our original server walked out!! Yes grabbed her purse and left!! Very disappointed and in spite of all the mishaps, management didn’t offer any thing to make things right. TERRIBLE! Pictures and description on website are very deceiving. It’s a pretty rundown place. Visiting from out of town and wish I had done a drive by before bringing so many people. Terrible!

    Ember is a fantastic dining experience. The food was exceptional - every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and friendly, and the restaurant's ambiance was cozy and inviting. I would highly recommend Ember to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. 5 stars!

    Looked up a place for Easter brunch in Orlando and this place appeared as a good spot to visit for said occasion. Completely missed the radar for my taste. The food was subpar at best. It was very dark and grungy looking. The food warmers appeared to be second hand and there was not enough serving utensils. My husband doesn’t eat pork and the chicken sausage and bacon shared the same utensil. Our waiter was slow to respond and we had to continually ask for him or go to the bar for our bottomless mimosa refills. The environment is more so a spot to met for drinks and chat with friends. I wouldn’t recommend as an eatery.
