Our menu is unique and modern, combining Asian influence and Mediterranean flair with local ingredients and flavours. And, of course, we’ve got a fantastic selection of handcrafted cocktails, spirits, and boutique wines to complement your meal.

This was the best dining experience we had here in Turks and Caicos. The manager was amazing, thank you!! The fantastic young lady that waited on our table added to the incredible experience. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and Embers was perfect! Thank you

Beautiful new restaurant on Providenciales! Smaller than originally anticipated, but it wasn’t busy so the noise levels were minimal. I imagine it could get quite noisy with more tables filled. It was a beautiful setting, and the food was really good.

This place is PERFECT! We had a group of 6 people for dinner and just wanted a nice place to eat with good food and cocktails with a great vibe and this was it. It’s very quaint, but nonetheless one of the highlights of our week with a great ambiance. The manager, Edwin I believe, made sure to show us a good time with the story of the restaurant, new cocktails he was working on, the best food recommendations, and topped it off with a surprise ski shot. They all went above and beyond and would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing dinner! The staff were exceptional. We loved our meal from start to finish. Our entrees were skirt steak, lobster, and pork chop. Everyone loved it!

This is an amazing spot. The best food in Turks and Caicos. The service is top notch. Can’t wait to return. Should be Michelin rated. If we could give this restaurant 10 stars we would.

Five nights on TCI, by far the best meal of the trip. Lobster dumplings, pork chop and beef cheeks… all amazing. Fun music and cool atmosphere. Top of the list for our return trip!

Fantastic restaurant and exactly the option that Turks needed! If you want quality food and amazing service, highly recommend checking out Embers! The meat quality was incredible and the taste from a wood fire grill was subtley complimenting of all their dishes. Last but not least amazing country playlist to go along with the ambiance and incredible food. Check out Embers, you'll be missing out on one of the best options at Turks!
