   They have a children’s menu, high chairs, even crayons. However, they don’t have changing tables making it difficult to dine there.

   The food was really good. The crust on the Detroit style is really, really good. Soft and chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The tomato sauce is really good, not acidic like a lot of places.

   Great pizza. The Caesar salad was literally three hearts of romaine with some dressing drizzled. No one has time for that! It doesn’t taste better, it isn’t upscale. It was a high-end poser salad. Don’t be lazy, chop it for the customer. If I wanted to work to eat I would have cooked at home.

   Food was drastically over priced. $17 for a burger that didn’t even come with fries. $7 to add fries, so $23 for a burger and fries. I can see why the restaurant was empty. The food was good, but not worth the price.

    I’ve always had fantastic food at Emmy squared until this time. It was the most dry and nearly inedible burger I’ve ever had. Server was wonderful and very attentive, and all other food was great… the burger was just not good this time.

    The service was quite poor. With a reservation we waited for 45 minutes. There seemed to be no one in charge and a fair amount of chaos. This is the second time we’ve had a very poor experience. I’m doubtful we will be back.

    Service was VERY slow. We never got refills on water, wine, or kids drinks - our order wasn’t even taken for 30 minutes & food was very slow to come out too. Our order was simple and there were very few guests but server was completely inattentive & we asked for everything multiple times before it was brought to our table. Teheran pizza was great but the service was awful

    Tony (the new manager) has completely turned Emmy in Green Hills around. Great staff, fast, great atmosphere, and to-go has a new system that is more efficient as well. If you haven’t been to Emmy in past 2 months, give it another go.

    (Iwill qualify my review by noting it was lunch on Black Friday. App showed a lot of open time slots available. But a restaurant should not take people in that they can not serve) Took 30 minutes after the reservation to be seated. Drinks came 30 minutes after being seated. Food had to be rushed when we said we were going to leave. Food finally arrived approaching hour 2. We watched tables that were seated before us having the same problem. We “ate” before one of them had food. 2 of 4 entrees were only nibbled because they were so dried out it was not worth eating. We tipped the waitress because it was not her fault. The hostess was nice and tried but something was definelty broken.

    This visit was far less the desired outcome I was expecting. The food was cold, the server could not be found when it was time to leave and there were many additional unsatisfied clients in the area as well.

    Not good is not strong enough words to use. Our reservation said "a booth" because we went there to celebrate a birthday. They didn't have a booth reserved for use. No acknowledgment that we were there for a special occasion. They did nothing for a birthday, as requested. We asked for the Zeppole dessert, when we ordered at the beginning. The orders came out, the Turkey burger was supposed to have buffalo sauce, carrot and celery sticks. They were missing from the plate, when asked for the waitress to get it, she had to stop to give a stare (like we asked for something extra, and this created an inconvenience for her) when the reality is that it's her job to see that she brings the correct orders to the Table. Waitress replied "well yes, I can get that for you" slowly spoken and in measured words...as if she's doing us a favor. Numerous times there was a waft of air that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, we had to ask about it 4 times, the waitress had to comment and make known that "she couldn't smell it". Finally, she learns that the kitchen was cleaning out the Pizza oven (at Noontime lunchtime??) and the smell was burnt Pizza crust, and she got a whiff of it. Never a sorry, never the slightest suggestion that our EXPENSIVE ($180.00) lunch had any significance to them. Finally, waitress says...they're not going to do the Zeppole !!! Ever feel like an "entitled" business or an "entitled" waitress/waiter takes retaliation against you because you had to complain or ask for something ON THE MENU and it's missing from your plate. They think they are "more special" then their customers. NEVER AGAIN.

    Have been several time service is always horrible. Never have enough workers or there’s always a problem. Very slow kitchen and servers aren’t very attentive. Food is always very good but service is always horrible!!

    Service was noticeably good — that has been such an issue everywhere, so I called it out and thanked our server after dinner. Food is good … it is, but $120+ for a bottle of wine, one salad and one pizza is crazy.

    Took forever to get drinks. One was terrible and the other 2 were fair. Ordered a wine which was served in a dessert wine glass because “the bar was out of wine glasses.” Food was ok but not as god as it used to be.
