Terrible place. Half the ‘show menu’ options were not available, and we were not told when given the menu. Food quality was really average. No bread. No pasta available (and it’s an Italian restaurant!) and desert was likely coming directly from the refrigerated section of a grocery store (you know the cakes under plastic containers?). Music was awfully loud (and they kept increasing it, as if to make some tests). A never to be repeated experience. You have been warned.

A relatively new restaurant that needs some work. Across from our table was a tv, that continued to play a series of photos about the restaurant; it was quite a distraction. The biggest issue for us was that they charged $3 per glass of soda water. Seriously? The waiter did not tell us that, and I saw $15 on the bill, I was quite surprised. We could have bought a large bottle of Pellegrino for less. Their wine list is also quite weak, and their chardonnay was not cold enough and was a tad sweet. A lot of work needed. We most likely won't be back.

Had tremendous window seat but was put off by all the bird droppings on the windowsill. Salad portion was tiny as well as the dessert serving. Extremely limited wine selection with only two types of wine offered by the glass. I We were there on a Saturday Theatre night, there was 6 other diners, and I counted 10 staff wandering around or hanging out at the bar. The restaurant decor and atmosphere has a real nice feel to it, but food and wine did not come through for us.

The ambiance, service and food was delicious, however the 3 course meal special show price - the portions were appetizer size portions (with the exception of the desert) and we were disappointed by that.

This experience was not as good as expected or hoped. Everything was fine but just that. Chicken was a bit overdone, ambience in the section we were in felt non existent and service was nice but slow.

This place is dope , we enjoyed everything abt Empire Supper Club , the food was amazing , such a clean place !! The service was amazing very friendly waitress & waiters . One of the worst places I’ve been to in a long time. The waitress was beyond inconsiderate, impolite and inattentive. To give a few tibits: the dinner was forgotten to be punched in and the hill too 40 minutes to come to the table with many mistakes.

We visited on Wednesday evening at 7:30 and there was only one other table occupied. We were disappointed that it was so empty. The service was excellent, likely because the server had very little else to do. The food was disappointing. The chicken was tasty but dry.

What an exceptional experience! From the moment we walked in the attention was unlike any other place. The food was delicious we had steak, pasta and seafood platter. Great value and ambiance. Definitely will come again soon!

We had another fanastic meal at the Empire Supper Club last night. Marcus our server was extremely attentive and polite the entire evening. The food was absolutely delicious as it was on our first visit, and the cozy atmosphere sitting next to the front window overlooking King St. and Roy Thomson Hall, gave us a wonderful meal throughtout our amazing evening there. Marcus even asked what music we would like to hear during dinner as he recognized we were not electronic music fans and changed the music to Christmas Carols as we had requested. Would highly recommend this place to everyone! Thank you to the Chef, Marcus and the rest of the wait staff there. Cheers! :)

Party of 8 Order appetizers took over 45 minutes to arrive. Then ordered entrees and it took 2 hours to get. Waiter was apologetic and offer to comp us multiple rounds of drinks. Food came out after 2 hours and some meals were wrong and others were missed completely. After getting the bill all the items that were to be free were on the bill. Stay away from this place what a nightmare.

They did not serve us the right food from what we had picked on the menu, waited over 2hrs inbetween starters and the main meal. The food was cold and mediocre. It’s almost like they have selective service, did not have a good experience here at all and management did not own up all d were dishonest. Extremely disappointing on someone’s birthday.

I give this low rating because we booked for dinner before an event at Roy Thompson Hall at 6 PM. No one was there ready, nothing set up.l, it was like they were not really open. They call it a supper club, but I think it’s more of a nightclub. not what we were expecting. I’m sure when the masses arrive later in the evening it is an excellent spot.
