Desgraciadamente en esta ocasión nos tocó un servicio pésimo. Hemos ido varias veces y era todo lo contrario. Ojalá que no descuiden este punto, ya que pueden tener una buena cocina pero si su servicio es horrible, nos invitan a no regresar

Just put a wheelchair ramp and make the whole experience memorable!!! A heads-up about Emplumado’s wheelchair friendliness: A ramp is definitely needed, but if you’re on a wheelchair and planning on attending, call the restaurant in advance and request a table near the side door; it is still wheelchair unfriendly but it’s only 1 step. Also, about the toilet, although I did not witness it, staff said they had an accessible one on the ground level (regular toilets are on the upper level). Now, the place itself is beautifully decorated. There’s no doubt the look of this restaurant is enough for making the visit worthwhile. However though, it was so dimly lit that it was hard to fully enjoy and take in the place in its fullest; probably attending while there’s still some day light would make it more appealing to the eye and, of course, more suitable for social media posts. Moving on, the menu I would say is more international-cuisine oriented. Of course, some Mexican and Yucatecan hints are present, but this place is definitely not a Yucatecan cuisine showcase. Overall food ranges on the ‘very good’ tier, with some ups and downs and still with quite some way to go before reaching the ‘excellent’ tier. Mixology, on the other hand, is outstanding!!! Some of the best in town and could rival any major city’s. Each cocktail is around $15USD, which though seemingly pricey at first, is actually within a reasonable price range, especially when presented in such a beautiful way; definitely worth some Instagram posts. And finally, service. All staff is friendly, courteous, polite, knowledgeable about the menu, and always willing to assist. Although there’s still some room for improvement from a classy point of view, truth is complaints are nonexistent. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Raul N. –our waiter– for such an incredible job.

La comida esta regular, no es excelente ni sobresaliente en el sabor ni la creatividad del platillo, las porciones estan ok, los coktails tienen muy buen sabor. Por favor plastifiquen los menús para que no estén manchados de comida eso da muy mala presentación. No nos quisieron dar terraza, aunque reservamos y en toda la noche del 15 de septiembre nunca asignaron esa mesa, también tuvimos que insistir para que nos dieran terraza porque según ellos estaba totalmente reservada sin embargo nunca se llenó en toda la noche. Los asientos de las bancas de cemento estan muy bajos y no se puede comer con comodidad. La relación precio calidad no es directa. Le doy un 6 de 10 de calificación

El servicio y comida muy bien pero la capitana es muy ruidosa y prepotente con los empleados, no le importo que hubieran coméntales para gritarle a la hostess delante de todos, sabía que iba a ser una mala experiencia desde que llegamos porque al hacer mi reservación por esta vía y ella darnos la “bienvenida” solo dijo: pasen donde quieran hay lugar cuando en la aplicación di especificaciones por mis alergias las Cuales ella no tomó en cuenta… ojalá nunca se les presente una situación de peligro porque ella no podría resolverlo

Gran cena todo fue delicioso las entradas y el fuerte todas las recomendaciones de nuestro mesero Fernando fueron acertadas, su servicio fue impecable, nos gustó mucho el lugar. Mi único detalle fue que la Hostess al asignarnos mesa, no nos preguntó si celebrábamos algo en especial, era mi cumpleaños y alguna amenidad hubiera sido la cereza del pastel, segundo detalle no tenía servilletas en la mesa, pero son cosas insignificantes en comparación con la experiencia general de servicio y calidad de comida y bebidas, pedimos las recomendaciones de Fernando y delicioso todo, felicidades

Llegamos al restaurante y nos comentaron que no tenían comida por un problema en la cocina. Solo tenían bebidas. Deberían de avisar con anticipación desde la aplicación de OpenTable o un mensaje de texto. Ahora bien, la aplicación de OpenTable no dio la opción de cancelar o modificar la reservación para buscar otro lugar porque se daba por entendido que ya estábamos comiendo en el lugar. Deberían poner más atención en su aplicación para poder hacer cambios.

Encontramos el lugar por redes sociales, llegamos a nuestra reservacion a la hora adecuada, desde la entrada hasta al final del servicio y la salida del restaurante todos se portaron muy amables y serviciales, en esta ocasión nos tocó el mesero aldo, su servicio impecable y cordial, la comida deliciosa, el lugar y la vista magnífico, lo recomiendo ampliamente. el lugar es precioso, tuvimos un día excelente!!

Amazing experience. My husband and I went to Emplumado last night and it exceeded our expectations. We had the seafood “tower” and an appetizer our server recommended. We also shared a bottle of Prosecco, and their cheesecake. Food was great, and the service was phenomenal. The waiters were some of the best we’ve had in Mérida! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Lastly, their terrace has a really nice outdoor bar. I’m surprised it was packed. Beautiful view and ambiance!

Es un restaurante muy bonito y excelentemente ubicado. El servicio excelente y la música me encantó junto con el volumen bajo. Le falta un poquito a la comida, por ejemplo el guacamole no estaba condimentado. Los platos fuertes están ricos, pero nada superior…. Pero puedo con eso ya que para mi es más importante el lugar, servicio y ambiente.
