    From the open door to the table our experience at Enigma was wonderful. The wines and food courses were described in detail; in each case the taste surpassed their description. Our time at Enigma was meant to honour a birthday wish by experiencing a meal that my wife would "die for." I mean that term as she means it: Totally Wonderful. We will talk about this day at Enigma with our friends and family as one that we will cherish for years to come. Gary L McDonald

    We had an amazing time at Enigma for my boyfriend’s birthday!! Every course was delicious, and explained thoroughly as well. Service was fantastic, and everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend!

    Wow; this is one of the best lunches we have had in Toronto. The tasting menu is accommodated for our dietary restrictions, while maintaining its incredibly high standards. Everything is considered at this spot from the hostess greeting to all the support staff and chefs. The menu is inventive, perfectly prepared, and presented with flair. The food seemed melt in our mouths, bursting with flavours and textures. We can't wait to see the new menu for the next season, as we plan to return regularly.

    Excellent service with attention to detail. We had an 8 course tasting menu with caviar course which was just devine, and wine pairing. Each dish perfectly displayed and staff did a great job in describing. An excellent way to be treated to a dining experience.

    Enigma is the kind of experience that lays out what it means to embody a Michelin star. The mosaic-anchored decor, the open-hearted and knowledgeable nature of the staff, and the expert, palpable influence of the Chef made for a unique Toronto experience. One small note is it was warmer than we were expecting - not unpleasantly so, but no need for a jacket, you’d be a little uncomfortable. The photo that loads for the Chef’s 10 course is accidentally misleading - it looks from that shot as if you’d be seated at the countertop - instead the Chef’s table is perfectly situated for the view of the open kitchen so while dining you can see mastery in action. We tried both pairings and both were phenomenal. Nothing to say for the food except it must be experienced to be believed - it’s deeply creative, adventurous, and thematically structured - everything about Enigma feels intentional.
