Our talented culinary team has carefully curated a selection of pastries and finger sandwiches using fresh ingredients that pays homage to the traditional British Tea experience. We are proud to share our loose leaf tea selection is locally sourced.     Afternoon tea was such a great experience. Our waitress was very knowledgable and gave us great suggestions. They were really nice to substitute couple of ingredients because of dietary restrictions. The atmosphere was absolutely stunning and very great for small groups. Portion size were surprisingly perfect looking at it it looks like there’s not enough food but once you’re done 75% of it you’re already very full. Offered a variety of different sandwiches and desserts. They were also quick to clean out the table if there was any lingering plates or unused Utensils. I would take a friend out to do afternoon tea again at this location.

    Our server was excellent! But we made the reservation for patio and were told, once we got there, that it was first come first serve. Probably shouldn't let us select an option of patio if you aren't going to let us sit outside

    Fantastic warm and friendly service. I had chicken adobo which was good but not exceptional. My husband had the salmon and it was great. Definitely recommend as the experience is worth it.

    Great ambiance and service. Tried the lamb appetizer and it was amazing and the chicken entree was to die for. We were heading to a play snd our server made sure that we received expedited service. Would love to return when I have more time.

    First time in Toronto. Last minute date with my wife. We had a amazing time. Service was unbelievable. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Only criticism would be we personally found the food “slightly” under seasoned. Our first time out east from Victoria BC, and that seemed to be a common thing everywhere we ate. I think there is just a food style difference then the west coast. Would defiantly return!

    High tea experience started off ok. Seamus (service manager for the day) walked over to check in on us following my earlier conversation with him to secure the reservation. He was engaged in our experience and made the effort in enhancing our experience given the feedback we shared. Such a nice touch and attention to detail. Seamus made the day!!

    We had amazing time. Fantastic tea service. Great interior atmosphere. Our waitress- Kelly is friendly ,very attentive and catering all our needs. We are so appreciated she made the whole experience much much more enjoyable! Will def go back for the tea service again.

    We had a fantastic birthday lunch on the patio. Chad was our server who was very attentive, Knowledgeable and friendly. He made some fantastic recommendations and anticipated all of our needs ensuring our glasses were never empty and we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunch. I would definitely visit again and recommend to friends

    This place is amazing. The food was exquisite and the ambience is just lovely. The staff is polite and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a good time. Went here for a date and it was absolutely delightful. We went for the afternoon tea experience and loved the salmon sandwiches.

    The Umami Burger paired with the Interlude cocktail was 🤌🏾🤌🏾. Very aesthetically appealing decor and the ambience was great. Drinks are a little on the pricey side for how small they were. Our server was hilarious, made us laugh and didn’t check in excessively at some places. Would definitely come here again.

    Not up the Ritz Carlton standard. Services was poor. Waited so long just to get water. Waitress was so scattered and everything was delayed. Prices are exorbitant for mediocre food. Not worth it.

    Lovely patio for a light meal with cocktails. The truffle fries are our go to! Try the Bee Sting pizza, it's sweet with a bit of heat.

    We've booked a 4 ppl table and specified to be at the Terrace. Surprise-Surprise no terrace table was available and we stayed indoors, which obviously killed like 60% of the fun. Otherwise our waitress was nice, food was good. With so many patios nearby staying indoors in the summer was a massive setback.

    Wife’s bday with friends. Patio seating was perfect. Flat bread, Seafood, and steaks all executed and cooked to perfection. Service was top shelf. A very memorable bday dinner. Will absolutely return for cocktails and food again. A big thanks to Chef Paul, Chef Jeff and the fine ladies and gentlemen of Epoch. Well done Ritz Carlton Toronto!!!

    Superb service. I broke my heel on my way here and the hostess kindly offered me the hotel slippers. So thankful! I was able to walk to buy a new pair of heels afterwards.
