   Absolutely loved everything about Epoch. Food, Ambiance, comfort of the chairs. Service was fantastic. We were on a food adventure going to some of the top rated restaurants in Toronto and this was hands down our favourite.

   I thought it would be buzzing on a Friday night but very quiet. Needed more liveliness especially for how nice the place is. Staff were amazing, they elevated the experience and the atmosphere. But the spot was just too quiet I don’t think I’d come there again to celebrate something maybe to close a deal or have a serious one on one conversation something like that

   We had such a lovely dinner! The cocktails and the service are what stands out the most in the experience, both exceptional. The food is good but the Ritz could provide better. Great experience overall

   The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were warmly welcomed and cared for. When our server found out it was my birthday she treated me to a few extra truffles and cookies- and a complimentary glass of bubbly! We adored Epoch, and will be sure to dine there again!

    The experience overall was great. Staffs were very friendly and kind. Food was not bad. The background music was very relaxing and the seats were comfortable. Overall it was a good experience.

    The tea and goodies were good. Unfortunately although I specifically indicated dietary restrictions there was a lot of confusion from chef. Did not understand basic dietary restrictions. And one woman had a baby that bursted out into such deafening tantrums that disturbed the experience completely. Her baby did that multiple times. The staff should have nicely asked her to go to lobby for the sake of the rest of us. Would not come again

    We visited Epoch for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly young man who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with dim lighting, comfortable seating, and nice music playing in the background. The drink selection was impressive, with a variety of beer, wine, and cocktails available. The server Ashley was knowledgeable and was happy to make recommendations based on my preferences. I particularly enjoyed the vampire signature cocktail, which was expertly crafted with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of kick. The food menu was also impressive, with a great selection of small plates and entrees that were both delicious and well-presented. I tried the cod, and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked and full of flavor.

    We had high hopes for the afternoon tea service. The savory part of the menu looked different than most teas, using local ingredients like Atlantic salmon and Ontario ribeye. The scones were warm and tasty with just butter and were heavenly with the jam. The desserts were visually appealing and just fine. The sandwiches were more than a let down. They were insulting to be served by the Ritz. The salmon tasted like canned tuna. The beef was served in an oversized puff pastry and was flavorless. The chicken salad was bland and served on grocery store variety sandwich bread that had been left out and was dry. The cucumber sandwich was tasty but again the bread wasn’t up to par.

    Great spot to unwind after a long day. Delicious drinks, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. Great menu options and impressive cocktail list. Staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seem to enjoy their work. They make sure that you always have a drink in your hand and are happy to offer recommendations if you're not sure what to order.

    Came here for high tea, and it was just ok. They've got to up the scone game (they were small, hard and dry), and clotted cream was glaringly absent. The desserts and the little sandwiches were pretty good. The atmosphere for a high tea was also extremely lacking. There was a dude beside us with a coke just working from his laptop. I just really think they shouldn't even offer high tea if they can't create the right vibe. It's really just a mediocre hotel restaurant...

    Waitress very attentive, food and drinks were awesome but shocked at the prices as we spent over $800 for 4 people with 5 cocktails, 2 beers, 2 bottles of wine, 2 apps and 2 mains, 1 dessert. Beautiful place but pricey.

    The cocktails were so good and the staff was so welcoming. They even recommended really cool bars to check out on Ossignton. We felt like we had our very own city guide. The places they sent us had great drinks also, but the hospitality was best at The Ritz!

    We had a experience today during our Afternoon Tea with Adrianna as our server. She was a great addition to the experience as she went out of her way to make our visit at Epoch wonderful. Every dish served was so flavourful and creative. We will be visiting again!

    Afternoon tea was incredible. The venue is very modern and the tea is very traditional. Nice mix. We had such a great time and were being so well looked after that we went to the bar for a cocktail, which turned into two. We tried the squash fritters and the coconut shrimp and both were delicious. Will be back!

    Did not meet expectations for high tea. There are a lot of tea options, but the food was mid. Not worth the price. Also little things made the experience less enjoyable such as not offering coat check and seating us in a corner facing the wall (literally the worst possible spot - and the restaurant wasn’t even busy/full). They did later on move us and take our coats after we requested it, but at that point it’s too late and our mood was already ruined.

    First time at Epoch and we were really impressed by how hospitable the staff is! The food was delicious, the drinks go down way too fast and the service was as you could expect from a 5 star hotel. We will be back again!
