Magical atmosphere on the patio, delicious drinks and pizza and excellent service! -- definitely recommend. Food menu could be less basic since it's the Ritz. The proximity to theatres for a post-show snack is an added bonus.

Expensive but well worth high tea! It is the third spot we tried for tea in Toronto and so far it’s the best we had in terms of food and service. Our server Adriana was phenomenal!

We had the most amazing experience at our private Afternoon Tea! Our party was catered to by Abhay, who was the most attentive and accommodating tea coordinator. He served us with the utmost respect, patience and friendliness, and made our experience so enjoyable. We look forward to returning for tea soon!

We came here for Prime Rib dinner with my family and we absolutely loved it! The portions are satisfying and the meal comes with a dessert! Our server was great and very attentive. My daughter asked the manager about the maple candy station and he brought her maple candies for dessert!

The atmosphere on the patio is vibrant! Despite the chilly weather they have heaters and fire pits that make it very cozy. We shared the pepperoni pizza and the viet chicken, both were delishhh! Tropic thunder is my go to drink

We sat on the patio during TIFF (although we were not there for TIFF). Great little buzzy patio with the right amount of coverage, heaters and September sunshine. Fabulous service from Zachary. Good bites and great bar drinks - we loved it.

The Vietnamese fried chicken is a great appetizer. It has the right amount of fish sauce, is very tender and juicy. The Umami burger is a nice medium sized burger with a large beef in the middle combined with their delicious mushrooms near the bottom on a grilled bun. Combining it with an additional side of their delicious Roasted BC Wild Mushrooms is a must as their mushrooms are very tasty. We topped it off with a Bee Sting pizza a nice mix of Chili chorizo, honey, and basil on sourdough crust. Overall was a great experience, was provided with great service and had a very nice elegant atmosphere for lunch!

It was nice to have Adrianna as our server. Casino Royale was an interesting cocktail. French Kiss Oysters were delightful. Miso Black Cod Steak with a side of Roasted B.C. Wild Mushrooms was well-cooked. Thank you for providing me a chocolate birthday cake. I really appreciated.

We were so excited to try out this place but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The server took so long to arrive and when we ordered drinks it took 20 min for the drinks to arrive (a friend of mine ordered one glass of wine). The server did not ask the table for any allergies and one of my friends was allergic to nuts. I think it’s very important for an establishment to ask about these allergies or food restrictions. We talked to the manager about the situation and she never really checked in with our table after we told her about the situation. Instead, she brought us desserts which she has no idea what the food was and had to ask the server. My friends work in hospitality as a server and won the GTHA Spirits awards and the standard is definitely not up to par. Unfortunately I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are many better high end and fine dining restaurants all over the city. It’s unfortunate that the service is not up to standard.

We loved this place! Food is nothing too fancy but delicious. Wide variety of interesting cocktails worth exploring in more than one session. Service is exceptional! The Ritz team is wonderful and ready to promptly accommodate requests, sometimes without even asking!

Had a beautiful dinner with a few cocktails We ordered burratina salad and steak. The temperature of the steak was just perfect. My friend was impressed by cocktail called “the aviator” and I had my regular “interlude” What a coincidence that on the same day , they had Mark Walhberg launching his Flecha Azul Tequila. We got a chance to try a cocktail that bartenders made with Flecha and it was delicious. Thank you our servers Chad and Alexis for attentive service ! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel lobby. We were greeted by every staff member with a smile and we felt very welcomed. The drink selection is amazing, and the The Last Sunset drink was one of the best drinks I've every had. The burger was perfectly cooked and delicious. Would 100% go back. 10/10 :-)

Food was a little expensive. The ceaser salad was just copped up lettuce with dressing on and 2-3 anchovies and cost over $26. No croutons or shaved parmesan. Oystes that around $3.50 - $4.00 each every where else in the city are $6 each and are nothing special. The truffle fries were very good though but again cost $20 for fries. So in my opinion to eat here isn’t worth it you can find places with much better food for the prices.

Even though we were running late for the reservation, Sam was super cool and saved our table out on the patio. Carly took really great care of us! It was our first time at the Ritz, and we had a blast. The Cod was super yummy!

I rarely leave reviews but needed to for our high tea experience at Epoch. Right away, every single person we encountered was remarkably friendly and accommodating. From the hotel door opener to the Ritz concierge to Felipe at Epoch and the shining star of the day - Reesa (I believe that was her name!) We were there for my best friend's birthday and Reesa made the experience an absolute 10/10. So knowledgeable and kind. Such a joy to talk to and the experience itself was amazing! Food was spectacular, dessert was scrumptious, tea options were plenty, and just overall, such a fantastic time. Highly highly recommend for anyone looking for an afternoon/high tea experience. Not sure how anything can compare after this.

Let's start with the best thing, food was ok. Moving on.... Service was slow, and seating was odd and uncomfortable. The place was filled with some type gathering that prevented us from being able to enjoy the outdoor searing. The value proposition is non-existent. Worst value I have ever encountered in 40+ years of traveling. Three average salads, three average drinks + tip was $254. If you are looking to blow a lot of money on average food in an unusual setting, then this is the place for you.
