Been there many times and it's always wonderful. The staff, food and service all 5-star. We will be back with family and friends. They have the best Old Fashioned at the happy hour. No short-changing here. :-) I would highly recommend Cauliflower Pakora and Sliders on the Bar Menu. Their Pakora will beat any local Indian restaurant (or even home cooked).

I arrived a few minutes before my reservation. The line to check in took a few minutes. After being seated at 6:01, I asked if the happy hour price for appetizers was still available. Waiter said no despite my comment about the line when we sat down. The two ladies with me had a entree salads that had way too much dressing. Informed waiter, apology then handed me the check.

The ambiance is second to none - décor sophisticated & comfortable. The two long bars define two sides one elegant the other topped by screens with a communal casual feel. The menu is imaginative & diverse without a doubt one of the best in Lex! Dinner was divine - Crab Bisque chunky with a pablano punch, the salmon perfection. Our whole table was blown away and will be back ….soon!

Pleasantly surprised we arrived just in time for happy hour. Many great choices at half-price and everything was delicious. Our server, Jalen, was very personable and professional and made some wonderful recommendations. We really enjoyed ourselves and will make a point of stopping there on our way back to Chicago.

Locally sourced, locally baked, and locally owned. It was an amazing experience all around. The service was outstanding, the food was delightful, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I would absolutely dine at Eppings again.

Epping’s is our new GO-TO! Everything from reservations to dessert were perfect - they use beef tallow (if you know the dangers of seed oils you can appreciate the importance of this), ambience delightful & tastefully made, service was impeccable, and the dishes outstanding!!! Met friends at Epping’s and had one of the worst dining experiences. Service was painfully slow and the server was difficult to find when we had issues. When one diner said he got vodka and club soda instead of the vodka tonic he ordered, the server responded, “No, I told them tonic” and walked away. The food was also disappointing with the worst being the flank steak that was undercooked and very flabby. It’s been a bit since we’d been to Epping’s and had enjoyed our previous experiences. But we won’t be back.

Food was delicious (Mamaw’s Little Helper, Lamb Kabobs, Flank Steak, Strawberry Tiramisu ~$75) and the server was very sweet and attentive. The restaurant was very busy on a Friday night and the noise level reflected that.

Loved the food, atmosphere. However it was than 10 minutes after being seated before anyone acknowledged us. At 6:30. They weren’t busy. Were not aware we could order off the bar menu (which has different items) until after we’d eaten. Lastly the new 3% surcharge on credit card purchases is offensive. Understand if you need to make more money or pat your people more but just increase your prices and do not have a separate 3% CC surcharge that most customers will not even notice.

We really enjoyed our experience at Epping’s for our daughter’s graduation brunch. We were greeted promptly and with a friendly smile. Service was excellent and so was food. Salmon salad was delicious!
