I was really looking forward to coming to this restaurant. I used to like Bongo’s. But this restaurant was expensive and overpriced for Cuban food. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone I know. Sadly my whole party was disappointed.

We love going there and the first time and the rest of the other times it was great but this last time the food wasn’t the same and the drinks weren’t the same I’m sorry I know I know a good mojito and the mojitos weren’t good and the food wasn’t good like the last times we were there

We were told by our waitress that we had been there for more than 2 hours and that they will start charging $50 per 30 minutes. So, we promptly asked for our bill, and when they brought it they had included the $50 charge. We complained stating that as soon as we were aware of this policy, we immediately asked for our bill and planned to leave. Our waitress said she would get the manager. My friend saw the manager and motioned for him to come over and when he did, he told my friend that she was being rude! His excuse was that the charge for staying longer was stated on the website and on the menu. That is ridiculous, we never saw anything like that stated! He was the rude one and was out of line. If that is their policy then it is the waitress's job to inform the guests when the 2 hour max time has been reached, not try to sneak the charge on to the bill!

We were so looking forward to this Mother’s Day dinner, made a reservation a week had and the place looked fantastic on the outside. But the actual experience was absolutely subpar from the minute we got there , the host outside just wasn’t the friendliest , he told that there is a wait even with reservation ( 40 min that we waited and I had to ask for an update few times in order to get him to check. The quality and value of food that we ordered wasn’t acceptable , they wouldn’t accommodate a simple food request for my son claiming they were too busy for Mother’s Day !! We were simply asking them to hold off on one single item that he can’t eat ! I wish I hadn’t hyped my kids and wife about this place because they were so disappointed!

The mother s day so called brunch was inadequate and overpriced. The restaurant is beautiful and so is the area. Very good ambience and drinks were well made. I don't know what their regular menu looks like. The waiter was friendly and took good care of us.

I don't know if the place changed owners but it's not even half of when it was Bongo, they sold me a brunch and when I arrived it was an intercontinental buffet, I paid $50 dollars per person plus 18% tip for a buffet that they give away in hotels, Super bad waitress and managerial service much more. It's a shame a place that was super good was damaged so much

I visited for Brunch on Mother's Day and we were very disappointed. The setup was buffet style and the food was cold, and it seems like it was sitting there for a long time of period and no one was monitoring. Way too expensive for the type of food we got. The drinks barely had alcohol on it, and the mimosas were not even cold.

This is a combined dining experience with live entertainment venue which, at the time of our late evening reservation, included very young children. Making it uncomfortable to enjoy a lively Cuban dinner experience. I appreciate that the female performer did her best to tone down her act which limited our enjoyment of a more mature show. A suggestion to have dining times without children should be seriously considered. I don’t consider this a family restaurant at all.

I loved the ambiance, cleanliness, openness and delicious food. Server was very attentive and served with a smile. The live music was a special touch while dinning. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time. Again the music for perfect and the ambiance was just my style, elegant and very welcoming.

I enjoyed the live performance, but the music was too loud. Impossible to converse with anyone. Our server was wonderful, but we were disappointed to have to wait 20 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation. Food came out quickly. Women's bathroom was disgusting. Worse tres leches cake I have had. Food was good, but not worth a return trip.

They should have on their website that loud music is being played the entire time you were there. There is no conversation between anyone at the table due to the volume of the music and entertainment. Food was OK but nothing spectacular. Definitely don’t need to go here again.
