   Etch is a go to for any foodie in town with a special occasion. The menu changes slightly but is always spectacular. The features are so unique. The food is always spot on. However the staff deserves 6 out of 5 stars. Their attention to detail from the chef to the host desk, to the servers. But seriously, even the manager comes to check on your table. I would never hesitate to recommend Etch to anyone. I remember when it was just in a parking lot across from the Omni. So happy you’ve stood the test of time.

   Employees were outstanding! Service was outstanding! At a time when it is hard to find good help, they are wonderful! The food on the other hand, not so good. I ordered the 8 oz filet and it tasted burnt and was the driest steak I have ever had. It was cooked medium rare and there was NO juice in it at all. Very disappointed considering it cost $47. I think the menu is overpriced and not appetizing at all. My husband ordered two appetizers because nothing looked good on the main menu. I did not complain as I don’t like doing this but I don’t think I will be going back.

   Creative cocktails, friendly and attentive service, wonderful ambiance, and delicious food. Etch is sleek and modern yet not stuffy, and our family of four (including 2 kids) felt welcome, and we all loved the food.

    the host staff was horrible and made ridiculous comments. they would not add a chair to our table to accommodate us with an extra party member. Flatly refusing, but then the restaurant was never full for 3 hours while we were there. very perplexing. also presentation of the food was great but they overcooked the salmon. a rookie chef mistake

We value our guests' feedback and never want anyone to leave disappointed or unhappy with their time with us. I apologize that we were unable to honor your request to accommodate an extra guest for your reservation. Unfortunately, we didn't have any options for a larger table in the main dining room this past Monday evening, as we were fully committed with reservations throughout the evening. In regards to the salmon, I understand that our Manager was able to step in while you dined with us and remove the entree from your bill; I regret if our attempts to remedy the situation were unsuccessful. Thank you again for your patronage; we appreciate your comments and do hope that you'll give us another try in the future.

    I’ve wanted to go to this restaurant for a long time while visiting Nashville. It just didn’t seem to be all that. We started with the charcuterie and cheese board. We have a local restaurant in Virginia that’s so much better. Second Street in Newport News , Va if you want to checkout their menu. My entree was the Chefs special of salmon & butternut squash risotto, the risotto wasn’t as creamy as it should of been. Glad I tried it finally but will not be on my go to list in Nashville.

    We chose a counter seat to watch the kitchen so itv was a little louder. I felt like i was on a cooking show they made me a special dish to accommodate my food issues. Great service and rotating menu keeps it interesting!

    The Mahi Mahi and Pork Chop were both delicious as were the Brussels sprouts. We shared the Hazelnut Black Forest dessert and it was petite but delicious. Wish they had a California Cabernet by the glass for less than $23

    Excellent service from Alisa. Fried catfish was wonderful and I would highly recommend it if on the menu. . I entertained clients and they thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Said that it was a memorable experience. Thank you!

    The food and cocktails here were amazing. Wine list is incredible. Our waiter did a great job recommending things. Super friendly staff and a great location! The interior was a bit more corporate-feeling than what we were expecting, but the hospitality was unmatched. I'd absolutely go back!

    Amazing dinner last night!! The salmon special on top of risotto/roasted pears was to die for (please please add it to your menu :), the roasted cauliflower, Gorgonzola salad, and desserts were all amazing as well. Female chef owned too!

    It had been far too long since I had eaten at Etch, and I'd forgotten how many things they do right. The menu isn't extensive but the execution is solid, the service attentive, and the wine list one of the better ones in Nashville.

    Food was excellent and perfectly seasoned. Started with Etch’s signature salad. Had the pork chop and wife had 8oz filet. Only minus would have to be obvious lack of ability to serve up a properly made Irish coffee, but rest of meal made up for this by miles. Definitely the best meal we had during our trip to Nashville. Highly recommend this place.

    First time back for three of us (in 2-3 years). We were skeptical coming in based on prior OK experiences and went away fans of Etch -- and will return often if they keep it up cocktails were great, one of the best old-fashioned I have had at a restaurant Mahi, chicken, and pork chop dinner all excellent, charcuterie board nicely presented and enjoyed by three no deserts spot on service, we were not rushed and in fact, our diners took too long that we were late for the theater! hostess pleasant and attentive
