   I went to celebrate my birthday today and while I was excited to be at the restaurant I was not prepared for the inappropriate charge of a 20% tip. Sebestian Alvarez, was our waiter and while his service was great in the beginning. My friend and I ordered a Medium steak and both of the steaks came out rare! My other friend got her steak well done and it came out medium well. She could barely eat it because she hates seeing any type of redness. The appetizers were great, however the main dishes took forever to get to the table. At the end we spilt the check by what we had. The server, sebestian told us we are automatically charged 20% tip because we are a group more than 4z however when he brought our checks, he blurred out our total and then circled the tip and told us that was our total. Then he brought the machine for us to pay, he put in the tip. The tip was not included he had to manually put it in. Anyways I feel like we got scammed, don't go here. Goodnight.

   The food was wonderful and the service was great. The humidity was extremely high, so I am glad that they had a section that was covered. The pool on the rooftop was an added bonus. Nice place for a brunch or gathering with friends.

   The only reason why it was 4 stars is because it took a while for a server to come over, which working in the industry for many years I understand if busy… but we didn’t even get a “we will be right with you” for almost 20 mins. We stuck it out and was worth the wait! Excellent, atmosphere excellent, serve was excellent!

   The vibes are there but the food for dinner was not good. I ordered the steak which was not flavorful and over cooked. The tacos for the price were very small also but they were good. Our waitress was nice.

    Food definitely too overpriced same as drinks. I wouldn’t recommend it to any of the locals, probably people who are tourists might find it attractive to go but as a resident of Puerto Rico I would definitely not pay $30 for a cocktail or $80 for a main course meal.     Fast forward… Waiter was great… but, the fact we had a reservation for 10pm and still had to wait for a few other ppl to be seated …. Was crazy!!! When we were finally seated the waiter said “What are we having for our main course?”… as if we couldn’t order apps and drinks - to our surprise, we were being rushed because the kitchen was about to close! That was a red flag for me because, YOU made me wait pass my reservation, now you’re rushing me!!?? Not cool. So we skipped apps & get 1 drink each (those were good). We ordered our main meals which both included steak - BAD IDEA! This was the most oily, fattiest steak I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. I could NOT enjoy it all… it was literally a plate full of fat and oil. I wish I had ordered those apps after all :(. Finally that was over and we ordered the cheesecake to share - that was the only thing I truly enjoyed. I probably would never visit again. First time in PR & tried to pick some of the top restaurants… this one did not cut it for me!

    I think luxury is a big word to describe this place, the only luxury thing is the view. They need to improve a lot of things so they can charge what they’re charging for the food. The service was ok but for the price that you pay you expect an excellent service, definitely the staff should be trained on the etiquette of the table, they didn’t know about the basic stuff in the table. When we got the food was extremely cold, and I get it is an rooftop, but again with prices like that you expect more. The desserts and cocktails were delicious.

    This place has a spectacular view of the city. Guavalicious was BOMB. Unfortunately it started raining when we arrived at 10:45 & we were unable to experience food because the kitchen closes at 11. The serving staff was amazing.

    The atmosphere was wonderful. Food and drinks were amazing. Even with a reservation, there was a wait on a server and our food. Considering it was Mother’s Day, that was expected. Staff was apologetic and very nice. Would definitely return on my next visit to Puerto Rico.

    Only if the service was equal to the views and ambiance. What a Mothers Day Brunch disappointment. Drinks very mediocre and the service was slow. Our waiter Juan was clueless and is the sole reason for this poor review!!

    View are beautiful at night. Definitely worth checking out at least once. Only downside was service was slow. Waited almost 20 minutes before our first drinks came. Dinner took even longer. Had the Red snapper ! Delicious!

    The ambiance was nice in the early evening. The sunset was nice. However, we were seated by about 20 air conditioners on the adjacent roof which made a lot of noise. The ribeye was a little tough but the shrimp were quite good.
