The dinner was equally both theatrical and gastronomical. The presentation was over the top but even more important, the food was exquisite. Other than the monkfish which was a bit bland, everything was beautifully cooked. The silky soup, the creamy sauces, the beef and the foie gras were cooked to perfection. An absolute magical experience worth repeating.

Un peu long pour avoir le premier verre de vin ,il a fallu le demander 2 x
Les serveurs sont très gentils mais ils nous ont coupé la parole toute la soirée

Dîner extraordinaire, repas exquis qui aurait pu être un peu plus copieux. La guédille au homard était délicieuse, mais la portion minime. Très belle expérience à renouveler. Accueil très chaleureux. Service bon, sans être guindé.

Une soirée inoubliable pour tous, dont nos deux enfants pour qui c'était la première expérience d'un grand restaurant. Jérôme leur a fait faire une visite de la cuisine et tous ont été très prévenants à leur égard. Chacun des plats a été délicieux et les différentes mises en scène étaient réussies. C'est une expérience qui va nous rester en mémoire jusqu'à la fin de nos jours. Merci à Jérôme, Ludovic et toute l'équipe pour cette extraordinaire soirée familiale.

J’ai seulement moins aimé la façon dont on force un peu pour prendre l’accord mets vins et le cocktail du jour. 92$ pour 4 cocktails j’ai trouvé ça exagéré. Mais wow! Toute une expérience!! J’ai adoré

La nourriture était excellentél’acompagnement des vins est excessivement dispendieu150$ pour 4 petits verres de vin dont un château Clark qui se vend 47.00$ à la saq et le verre revient à 37.$
Je vais y retourner mais je vais choisir mon vin à la bouteille une très belle expérience en fin de compte

One of the best dishes I have ever had. 7 course meal and every dish was a full of surprises. Only downside was that it took 4 hours and air conditioning was not fully working.

We were disappointed for few reasons:
- we booked a table for lunch at 2pm on your website, but when we arrived we were told that it was only available for tea.
- we were considering leaving, and then we were offered the lunch menu but unfortunately only limited options were left
- i chose what was left available on the lunch menu (foie gras for $11,5 extra; and turkey) and my wife in the end chose the tea (she doesn’t eat foie gras)
the foie gras was delicious, very nicely prepared, subtle combination of tastes, the turkey excellent but less exceptional.
- my wife’s tea was very disappointing: 1) the use of french press as tea pot for a chai masala was surprising and not effective; the tea ended up quite weak. She tried an earl grey after and it still was in a french press and so weak that she could not finish it. 2) the accompanying canapés and pastries were only ok. The best thing was the strawberry jam.
The bill added up to $140, which for a tea and a lunch is excessive, it was good but not enough to justify the price.

We will have to try for dinner (and save a lot before) to really experience the place.

I’ll start off by saying this was a 5 star experience, if
Only the restaurant wasn’t as hot as the inside of an oven. They must have had an AC issue because it sucked.

That being said, service and food were absolutely out of this world. Definitely recommend the pre-fix 7 course tasting menu. You get a little bit of everything and can’t go wrong.

Nouveau Europea avec nouveau concept. Honnêtement l ancien europea ma manqué. L aspect a était mis sur le visuel et non sur la qualité du repas.
En effet la seule chose qu il reste au top c est le cappuccino de homard.
pour le service il est de qualité a part quand la jeune fille au bar a renversé sur ma fille le verre
cocktail. Aucun geste commerciale a était fait.

Bonjour,

Deuxième visite à ce resto qui la première fois était situé dans un autre emplacement. Cette fois-ci j'y suis allé pour le lunch. La nourriture était de qualité supérieur. Par contre au niveau service c'était assez ordinaire. Je m'attends à beaucoup plus dans ce genre de resto. Il n'y avait pas de veuve Clicquot. j'ai alors choisi un Moet rosé mais le sommelier me recommande fortement un Laurent-Perrier rosé. Très bonne suggestion. Par contre, Il n'a même pas ouvert la bouteille à la table. Pour moi cela enlève le plaisir d'entendre une bouteille de champagne ouvrir. C'était quand même 225$ cette bouteille. De plus, mon invité et moi avons dû demander pour avoir du poivre moulu. Encore une fois , je m'attendais à ce qu'on me l'offre sans que j'aie à demander. Ce sont toutes ces petites attentions délicates qui font la différence.

We were looking forward to this meal, but it did not meet our expectations. The intention appears to be to deliver one surprise after another, but I found it too much and a little confused. I did however enjoy the theatre of the Lobster Tea. Also, my wife was served the incorrect main course. So she could eat at the same time as me she said she would keep the risotto. However, they also delivered not 1 but 2 chicken dishes - presumably one for me as well, but there was sufficient to eat without another main course. We have eaten at a number of very good (including Michelin starred) restaurants and this was our first disappointment. It probably just proves that not everybody likes the same things as I am sure many other people would enjoy the chefs many ‘wacky’ ideas.

wonderful service and definitely left both full and pleasantly drunk. i'm glad we went because i've never had a meal quite like it that had such a focus on multi-sensory elaborate presentation. but when i consider the expense, i don't think i would probably go more than once.
