    I had let them know it was our anniversary and my husbands birthday and they had a sweet little sign and ribbon on our table as well as complimentary dessert. Our waiter was very good! It was the end of the season so it was very quiet and nice! September 10th

    It was the worst 250.00 meals I’ve ever had!! The crab legs were over cooked the spinach artichoke dip was awful, salmon was overcooked, steaks were cold and not cooked right

    Our food was excellent. We had salmon and also the seafood pasta. Food presentation was impressive. We chose to dine outdoors lakeside and it was beautiful and peaceful.

    The dining area was a little cold. Also as it gets darker it would have been nice for a small candle to be on the table. I would also train the waiters to come to the side of individuals to fill their glass and not reach over. Zach our waiter was once again incredible, attentive and sweet.

    Everett’s at Mat-Su Resort: We have found our new favorite place to dine for a wonderful meal and drinks. Beautiful views of Wasilla Lake and the surrounding mountains make this a very special place in the valley. The beets and berries salad is so tasty on a bed of cashew spread. It’s a meal on its own. The Blind dates rival any I’ve ever had at any tapas restaurant I’ve tried in the states. The filet was a small roast cooked to a perfect medium and very tender. And the Macadamia halibut is delicious! Thank you so much. And kudos to the wait staff. They were on their game. When the woman brought my beet salad she explained the best way at to enjoy. She was not wrong. They earned the five ⭐️. 😍😍😍😍😍

    Nice atmosphere allows for leisurely dining. The spicy calamari and sweet chili aioli was plentiful and tasty. Main dishes were very good. A lot on the plate( took home leftovers). Wait staff checks in but not overdone. Went for the Sunday brunch. I’m coming back for evening dining

    Terrible… we waited 1 hour for appetizer..!!! Food was burnt. Over salted. Seafood pasta is a Joke !!! Did Not get orders right. Heard this was a good place.. I heard wrong Lazy kitchen !!! Would never recommend or return too.

    The view is spectacular if you bring a hat, they have beautiful deck, but no shade. The food is very good. My only issue was I hadn’t even finished my soup when my meal arrived. Timing could’ve been a little better. The restaurant sits right on the lake, though it is not marked very well. When you pull up, you can go in the doors at the bottom and go up a flight of steps or take the ramp around to the left. Nothing is marked when you enter until you get to the door.

    We went there for our anniversary. The view and the deck are lovely. The waitress was attentive and very kind. There wasn't any timing to the delivery of food. Appetizers, salads and main course all came together. The oysters had so many shell pieces in them they weren't edible. The "sauce" for the oysters was red wine vinegar with tiny pieces of ginger in it. The calamari was cooked fine, but the sauce was not sweet and goopy. The garden salad with ranch was good. The duck a la orange was just ok and seemed like something you would get at a cheep Chinese restaurant rather than at a fine dining establishment.

    Beautiful scenery off the outdoor dining deck! Food was great. But what made this truly special was Rachel. She was outstanding!! She was very patient and accommodating. Great service!!!

    Zach, our server, was a joy. Attentive, polite, helpful and did not rush us. The noise level was perfect. Not so loud we couldn’t hear each other. Great views. Looking forward to another evening at Everett’s.

    First, we were seated in a reasonably quick period of time, but from there everything just slowed WAY down. When does it take 20-25 minutes to acknowledge your presence, and at least bring water to the table? After having to prompt them, they slowly started to move forward. Out of 5 people, 4 ordered Fish, all of which was wildly overcooked, to the point of almost inedible. 2 ordered Panko encrusted Alaskan Cod, which is a delicious moist fish if properly prepared. It came out dark brown to almost black. I had to peel the very thick coating off of the very small, dried out Cod to even consider it being fit to eat. Two ordered the fresh fish of the day(Sockeye Salmon) and ordered it cooked to medium rare. Again, the goodness of that wonderful Alaskan Salmon was cooked way beyond medium to the well done stage. The last of the party ordered the Chicken and it too was dry and hard to really eat because it was dried out so much. The bottom line is these dishes weren’t cheap. The time it took to be served was beyond slow. The overall opinion from all was that we have had better cooked fish at a Pizza or Burger joint. This is the first time any of us had ever eaten there and Most likely will be the last. If you want “fine dining”, go elsewhere.

    Everett’s is one of our favorite restaurants in the Wasilla area. The food is always superb and the service is always fantastic. We often recommend this restaurant to our friends and family. We will definitely be coming back there again.

    Some of the best appetizers and potatoes I’ve had. The service was amazing, and the food, view, ambiance, and overall restaurant area was great. Our waiter was very attentive and polite, and the food came out in a very timely manner while still being delicious.

    Went with 7 family members for Mother's day dinner, 2 people in our group ordered "Surf n Turf", the description for this was 3 "Prawns", what came was 3 small shrimp and a small filet mignon, needless to say both people eating Surf n Turf were very disappointed with this meal, for $70 we expected a little more than what came, normally we have a very nice dining experience here, but I guess last night was an off night for service and food.

    I didn’t realize we wouldn’t be able to order off of the normal menu since it was Mother’s Day. The food was pretty good, but 3 shrimp for the surf-n-turf and it was $70?! It was REALLY loud in there the entire time and it was hard to hear at our own table. We got water in the beginning and ran out after the bread was brought. Then no water until we were done eating our meal. Our waitress was swamped and she wasn’t able to be attentive to our table at all. I’m guessing a server or two called out? If we go again, we will have to eat outside and not go on a busy night.

    Lovely Mother's Day Brunch! Great value for the amount of choices at the buffet. Tender flank Steak was real good. The dishes were refilled often and we enjoyed our meal very much! Will eat here again sooner than later.

    Had a lovely brunch with Mom and two sisters celebrating Mothers Day today. We enjoyed mimosa flights, coffee, great food and good company. Management stopped by the table to check on us and ask how our meal was. Server was fantastic, personable, and entire staff was friendly and full of Mothers Day cheer. All the moms got a flower when we left the restaurant. Thank you for creating a wonderful dining experience. Your efforts are appreciated and noted and we will be back again more often to continue our patronage. Keep up the great work and positive energy with your staff!!!

    I gave the food a one star. It was good food once we received it. People came, ate and left and we waited one hour and fourth minutes from the time the waitress left the table with the order until the first food arrived and it took 15 more minutes till we received the last.

    The macadamia nut crusted halibut with the sauce was delicious. Didn’t care for the Ceasar salad was too wet and the put pepper on it without asking and didn’t bring it out before the entree. The potatoes were ok.
