Everything was absolutely wonderful other than the calamari. Unfortunately, the calamari was so bland and actually off putting. I say remove it from the menu and add something as fabulous as everything else.

One must be prepared for the loud music but as it is their policy stated on the menu either accept or go to another restaurant. Fortunately the meal is usually very good there. Otherwise we would go elsewhere.

Good: The food was very good for the most part. We got the mussels, fried cauliflower, pork belly and tenderloin. Everything was good except for the sides with the tenderloin (carrot & asparagus were quite bland and under-cooked). The decor is so cool in there. Needs improvement: The host seemed like they didn't want to be there at all. Our server was sweet but had no knowledge of the menu and didn't come back to offer a second round of drinks. The vibe was waaaaay more subdued than I expected. Overall: Atmosphere/decor and food were good. I think the place could be really great if they really put some effort into improving the service/energy.

Overall we had a good experience. The service was great, environment was lovely. Most of the food was delicious (the mussels and dessert were great). I found my main meal just ok. I had the pan fried cod with risotto, the risotto was not very hot, and the meal could have used some more salt/seasoning (fairly bland). But overall we had a lovely evening and would probably go back again.

Only complaint, the fish with the fish and chips was overcooked. Fries were delicious, steak salad was delicious and the special short rib sandwich was delicious.

It was our first time there last night. The restaurant is beautiful . The chairs are so comfy . We had the Atlantic Char and Salmon. Well it was absolutely delicious and the crème brûlée was fantastic. Our server was attentive even though he was new. Can’t wait to go back.

Not our 1st time eating here. My husbands meal was absolutely top notch and beyond flavourful. Mine was ok. My pork was dry and not overly flavourful. Our server was nice but definitely not attentive to us. We had to ask for water refills and any extras we had to ask for. Another server dropped off our appetizer and literally threw it on the table as it was and no side plates were given. Dessert was great

I was staying at the Jag hotel so it was super convenient to have this restaurant in the lobby. The service was fast and friendly, the food was good and all the great music and memorabilia around the restaurant and lobby was cool. I had the chicken parmesan which was perfectly prepared and filling.

My husband and I had brunch at Exile the morning after our wedding. I had the fish cake and beans, and he had the classic breakfast with a fish cake on the side. Our meals were delicious and portion sizes were perfect. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food we got, we’ll definitely be back again.

Pre-dinner drinks were great and my wife was impressed with the specials. The brussel sprouts were amazing and would return just for these. My risotto was overcooked (wife wanted me to send it back) but my cod was excellent. My wife's Char was a little overcooked as well but her meal was tasty overall. Overall...acceptable but would I return? Just for the sprouts!!!! My god they were that good!!!

It was a fantastic evening! Staff extremely friendly upon entering the restaurant and during dinner. Food was AMAZING! We were celebrating our anniversary and the dessert was an unexpected, yet sweet surprise! Thanks for making our night a memorable one. We will definitely be back!

We go there a fair bit. The bar drinks are great. Fun and inventive. Decor really hip. The food and ambience usually very good. This time, my husbands burger was salted too much and my salad was limp because of overdressing. I’ve had better meals there. We will be back. The place was busy so kitchen was in the weeds.

The restaurant was quite quiet for a Friday evening. A very good selection of "specials" and regular menu items. Attentive staff.
