   Too noisy. Slow food service. Mushrooms on pizza were so basic nothing unique or interesting. 3 mussels in linguine pasta.

   Our experience was outstanding. From the friendly staff, to the delicious food, we commented many times during our meal how we would definitely be back. Amongst us we had the oysters on the half shell, the veal meat balls, ceasar salad, and foccacia as appetizers. As main courses we had the classic pizza and ravioli. The crust on the pizza was done to perfection, light and crispy. One of our diners had the peanut butter half pie and was never thinking of sharing. Prices were very reasonable for the exquisite food, and atmosphere. Thank you.

   Our waiter seemed uncomfortable. No mocktail menu Cold inside - had to keep our jackets on. The food was superb. The atmosphere was lovely.

   It’s a nice spot but Toronto prices on the Main Street of Thornbury? I’d say ok but not a value proposition at all. Servers were awesome but it was so dark you couldn’t read the menu and it was freezing at the back. It’s a decent meal but expect to spend $$$.

    Staying in Blue Mountain and wanted to go somewhere not in the village. Fabricca did not disappoint! Our server Courtney was amazing, so attentive and just a pleasure. The food was amazing and such a great delicious meal. Had the truffle fries, Caesar salad, beef short rib papardelle and pepperoni pizza! It was so delicious and can’t wait to go back next time we are in town.

    It was wonderful, the only thing I would change would be the table we usually like a cozy booth but we were at a table in the walk way. The service was excellent! We loved Chad!

    People enjoying themselves are often loud. They were tonight. But that’s not necessarily the way it is every night. Exuberant enjoyment tonight. Service is always top notch, I’ve found. I happen to like the food here, especially in oyster season. The mignonette is delicious. The panacotta w caramel sauce is my fave dessert. The ices and ice creams are heavenly.

    We have been to Fabbrica many times for special occasions Last evening was Brian’s birthday and we felt like going out for Pizza. Our pizzas were delicious such an Amazing crust a excellent flavour as was our Caesar salad. Our Italian Chianti wine was good as well. Our server was friendly and very attentive. We could not have had a better experience. We love the Patio and will be back often. Barbara and Brian Blackie

    This has been our fourth time at Fabbrica and the food is always excellent. The service is just perfect and we are confident when we bring guests that it will not disappoint. Our friends loved it and we will definitely be back again.

    We had a fabulous meal. Ordered Caesar salad, scallop risotto, arctic char, crispy Brussels sprouts and calamari pizza. Had their ricotta donuts for dessert. We loved everything. Great service too. Would definitely return.

    Service was great. We had several appetizers. Oysters were excellent - very fresh. The mussels were really nice but not a lot of flavor in the sauce. Burata salad was great. Spaghetti carbonara was cooked perfectly and the sauce tasted great. The sauce was too wet for a carbonara but tasted great. Overall - really good.

    First time going to Fabbrica - chose a quiet Wednesday night. We were welcomed and had a lovely server to look after us. Enjoyed the Veal meatballs as an appetizer and had the short rib pasta as a main which was delicious - as well as a mushroom fire oven pizza - yum. Everything was great and we will come back again!     Great vibe, great service - portions smaller than expected - I didn’t know ribeyes can be cut so thin - for $65 wasn’t good value - first time was expecting great and got good - off to try other restaurants in the area as we just moved here and looking for that go to ‘great’ experience.

    When I booked 2 days in advance, I thought I booked a table, as, the web site indicated I was booking a table. I was shown to the bar not a table, which was crowded and I was at the end and had an uncomfortable spot, where I cold not get my left leg in front of me. If, I had spoken on the phone when booking, and found out I was seating at the bar, I would not have gone to Fabbrica.
