Disappointed with the veal Marsala…not prepared in the traditional way. Maybe rename to veal tenderloin with mushroom sauce

Always a lovely meal at Fabbricca. Sat out in the patio for the first time, nice ambiance inside or outside. Great service and delicious food.

Food was great, service was friendly and efficient. The only problem was that we were seated in the entry way to the back patio which is like a little nook with 4 tables. I did request to be seated away from main dining because I had 2 children with me and thought they may be noisy. Turns out my 2 toddlers were completely quiet but we were in the nook with other extremely loud diners and because we were in this confined space, it made it exceptionally hard to hear anyone at my own table. Don’t recommend sitting in there if you’re not a good lip reader.

Simply amazing restaurant- the specials were so creative and so delicious! The drinks and food and atmosphere is simply off the charts and made our trip to Thornbury one of the best! Brandon was our server and he made the night so special for us as well and his wine recommendation was perfect!

Kai (our server) was wonderful and pleasant! For the first time ever, my dish was not good— too salty but she happily had a new dish prepped and agreed that it was too salty… it was much better after that. Chad was amazing and filled my wine glass up as the food was taking longer than expected. Annie is always a delight to see! And Derek too! We love Fabricca!

I have dined at this establishment many times since its inception and at its previous incarnation. Since covid the menu has been reduced as have many other restaurants. However the last meal I have had was lacking in many ways and it will be a long time before I will visit again. The service was good as always however the quality of the food was sub par. I had spaghetti di mare which was in some form of watery sauce which was unlike any I have tasted and not in a good way. The menu stated various sea foods that were supposedly in the dish. I found it hard to find much in the way shrimp or scallops and very little small rings of calamar. It did have six or so mussels which were ok. As this sea food dish is one of my favourites I have had it in many countries around the world and frequently in Oakville at various restaurants. I dont eat a lot of pasta for health reasons and was very disappointed that I wasted one of my pasta orders on this dish. Likely one of the worst di mare dishes I have had anywhere.
