Fabrik is the intersect of fine dining and mom & pop restaurant hosted in an intimate micro restaurant space. We offer a 5 and 7-Course tasting at 6pm, and a 7-Course tasting at 8:30pm Wed-Sun. Fabrik's current menu focuses on Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles. Fabrik is 100% independently owned and operated.

Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is Austin’s first 100-percent plant-based tasting restaurant featuring curated menus that highlight the seasonality and diversity of plant-based cuisine in an upscale, sophisticated setting. With sustainability as a priority in our approach, we source produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. We offer an eclectic selection of vegan, biodynamic and organic wines, including an optional wine pairing. Fabrik also offers saké as well as a range of non-alcoholic options.

Very good food overall, with some outstanding dishes and a few misses (especially the desserts). Terrific, attentive service with a personal touch. Simple, intimate ambiance.

I've truly never had such good food in my life. Honestly, if my last meal was the bread course I could die a happy woman. Everything tasted so light and fresh and the flavors was absolutely astounding.

We are not vegetarian or vegan and LOVE Fabrik. It is delicious, innovative, and a really nice dining experience. I’ve eaten at the French Laundry several times and the quality and presentation is very similar. This is a true gem in Austin!

Such a great experience! Small, elevated vegan food restaurant. The staff is all so kind. A fun and unique experience! Highly recommend!

This was our third time at Fabrik. The restaurant offers both 5-course and 7-course options. We did the 7-course. One of us did it with the wine pairing. The food was excellent (as always). Each dish is flavorful with lots of delicate notes to savor. The wine pairings were excellent choices as well. The service was attentive, but not overbearing. We will continue to go to Fabrik whenever we want a top-flight meal.

Every time I think Fabrik can't top itself, it does. Just go! This will be the first Michelin star restaurant in Austin, Texas.

Fibrik was awesome. The dishes were beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. I am not vegan so the ability for the chef to make amazing dishing with complex favors and using no animal products is crazy. Definitely coming back
