   Our server John was attentive, friendly, and engaged. Cason and his team always take great care of us when we are at Fadó. I appreciated their attention to my special request statement. That made our visit today even better than it already was.

   Went for a Wednesday date night. The server was nice, but didn't seem like she knew what she was doing - didn't take our orders correctly, didn't pour our water, didn't pour our wine into our glasses, etc. We ordered goat cheese for an appetizer and they were amazing! I got a Blueberry bourbon smash and my boyfriend got a The Deaconess. Mine was AMAZING! His was TERRIBLE! It tasted like formaldehyde smells... awful. My boyfriend got Spanish chicken and rice, based on the servers recommendation and while the flavor of the rice was good, it was super dry! The chicken and the rice, both. I got the seafood risotto and honestly, the texture wasn't risotto it was like mushy, yet dry rice. And I got crab shell in two different bites. The scallops and shrimp were cooked perfectly though!! He got a glass of Malbec and I got an Italian Pinot Grigio with dinner and both came out halfway through our meal. They were both good, but the server brought it out in a carafe and left, without pouring them. Not a big deal, just something to note. We liked the atmosphere and said we'd try it one more time, but there are too many other options around to waste time/money if it's just okay.

   Our waiter Ellis (?) was excellent and attentive but not bothersome. Food was excellent as usual. Love to sit outside on the patio in nice weather.

   Had another fabulous lunch at Fado. One just cannot go wrong with the beet salad and a 9oz pour of rose to complement it! We finished with the NY style cheesecake, which was perfectly creamy, not too sweet and had just enough strawberry drizzle.

   Servers were understaffed (they told us this a few times) and our server was very rushed, and rushed us to order. Not a good service experience at all. Food was ok for others in party, but mine was cold but didn’t send back because couldn’t get anyone’s attention. I’ve had good experience here before, maybe just bad night or distracted or poor attitude server.

   Our party of 5 had a comfortable table and the food was good. The playlist was exceptional. This was my first time here. I would come back again.

    First time being there and the staff was very polite and accommodating. Fish and chips were awesome! A bit noisy so if you’re looking for easy conversations, it might be difficult. The atmosphere is like a fun pub. Overall the experience was really enjoyable. Our server was so very sweet and brought our meals out to us very quickly. We would return with no doubt, just with the knowledge that it’s more noisy.
