   We were there for high tea. It was wonderful! Our waiter, from England, help make it a wonderful experience. A bit pricey, but it is the Fairmont! Highly recommend.

   This is not just a meal - it is an event. It’s 90 minutes (or more) of sipping tea and bubbles, nibbling delicious morsels, and gazing at one of the world’s most beautiful locations. We do this every year & we’re never disappointed. We did enjoy the new items on the menu.

   Such a special afternoon - we had a table at the window overlooking Lake Louise and from the moment we sat down we received such great service and attention from Kate and her colleagues. The afternoon tea itself was lovely, we were offered more savouries if we wanted them, and nothing was rushed. This may be down to the time of year - I imagine July and August are super busy but somehow I imagine each diner is still made to feel special.

   We went for the afternoon High Tea, and it was a wonderful experience. There is no way you can beat the view of Lake Louise and the mountains from the window table that we had.  Everyone from the servers to the hostess were excellent.

   The lake view and the service were great. However, the afternoon tea, which I was most looking forward to, was very disappointing. The sandwiches had dry, stale bread, and the overall quality of the desserts was quite poor. I'm not sure it's worth the price of over 100 CAD per person.

   Service is always impeccable and the experience still feels quite special. The afternoon tea offering needs a refresh though. Scones and preserves are consistently amazing - sadly the sandwiches were dry, like they’d been sitting in the air for several hours, and some of the desserts were actually unpleasant. Would bring back the fruit salad to lighten up the meal.
