   We made reservations through OpenTable and arrived a few minutes early only to be told it was a 20 minute wait. We reminded them that we had a reservation and they told us it didn't matter it still first come first served. Very disappointing. We were not about to wait 20 minutes on a Wednesday night. On top of that the restaurant was half empty.

   The food was excellent and served very quickly. We love the three bbq Alice flavor choices. The person serving our food was very nice. The only thing that could be improved was the long wait time when we arrived even though we had an Open Table reservation. Maybe they were short handed that night. They more than made up for it by having the food out to our table super fast.

   Our waitress needs more training. I asked for Miller on draft and she brought a bottle of Miller light and no glass. Asked for butter. There were 5 people and she brought a tiny container of butter. Eating ribs usually requires more napkins. Asked for more but never got them. There is more but I will run out of room.

   We were seated quickly. Wait staff was very friendly. For us the location is perfect since we live about 5 minutes away. We plan to go again soon.

    Our server Laurie was fantastic. She was timely, friendly and efficient. I think she was psychic. As I finished my tea she was handing me a refill. Crazy and cool

    The Chicken had blood in it. When we told the server she told us to replace it. It was still the same my wife only had a tiny piece of the chicken breast. The rest had a taste of not being cooked.

    My family, including three kids and my husband, went out to dinner on a Friday night. Open table app saved us a lot of time and we were able to avoid being on a waiting list. The food was delicious and just the way we ordered it. I feel like our server was a little overworked with multiple tables. He was very nice but we didn’t get refills until the end.

    We were made aware when we walked in that they were very busy with takeout orders and it would be a long wait, but it was my daughters birthday and this was where she wanted to go. It was about an hour before we got any food.

    Even though we specified for non bar seating, the host still tried to seat us in the bar, we refused and got a decent booth towards the back. The server was ok, however, did not check back enough to see how things are going. We needed butter and had to ask another server for it. Overall, the food was ok, although the corn on the cob was lukewarm at best.

    We love going to this restaurant. It’s so easy to make the reservation through OpenTable and show up 15-30 min later. The staff is friendly and food has been so good, so far.

    Making a reservation made getting in and seated go smoothly. Our server was also the bartender so she did a very good job with her double duty. Two of us ordered from the happy hour menu - so the value for what we got was good. Our son ordered his usual pulled pork sandwich which he said tasted good but was substantially smaller. My daughters ribs needed to cook a little longer and the corn muffins arrived close to the end of our meal looking rather dark. Overall, it was just OK. Am I rushing back to Famous Dave's? No. Will I come back? Maybe!

    Its been years since I've been to Famous Daves. The service was great and the food is good. Julie was our server and she was great! The place is not busy and the ambiance was good. I ordered the 2 meat combo with BBQ chips for the sides. The corn bread was amazing and I ordered another half a dozen to take home. Fried pickle was ok. I like the thin slice and crunchy. Sweet and tangy BBQ is really good too.

    I just noticed that the food we normally get the price raised but the food quantity was less But on the positive the young lady Jalayia that sat us was upbeat and positive just loved her personality towards her job!

    Sewer smell from restrooms permeated entire restaurant. Could not ignore it. Building temperature was very low. Got chills just sitting. Food delivery was slow. Food was served lukewarm and was soon cold because room was so cold. Rainbow location is much better managed.
