When the waitress came to our table, the first thing she did was crack her knuckles... Total turnoff. Sadly disappointed when I learned that "The Manhandler" is no longer on the menu, I ordered the chunk pork. The flavor was fine, however, 1/4 of the serving was a large chunk of nonedible skin. The healthy side order of steamed broccoli was dried out. Remembering the warm, cinnamon/sugar apple sauce including slices of apple, I order this as the second side order and was greatly disappointed when served with a cup of prepackaged Mott's brand, no sugar added applesauce. This was the Worst meal I have ever seen served in a restaurant and was embarrassed of the decision to bring friends & family there.

The Host was so accommodating. Our party of 7 weren't comfortable in the table selected and she suggested an outdoor seating. She actually moved tables and umbrellas so we would dine in comfort from the sun. We had a great dinner and the food was awesome!

Taking out the situation where a broom fell on my Dad's drink sending liquid spewing everywhere and him having to get a new plate, the service was slow. Food was good but cold. When my dad's new plate came he said the food was hotter than the first plate, but everyone else in my party had cold food (ribs, chicken, etc). We asked for a condiment and never received it, drink refills took a long time. Overall, food tasted good, was cold, and service was slow. I'd go back to Famous Dave's but try another location

When we arrived, we were seated right away. The waitress did a great job and food was fantastic. The only issue we had was that there was a noisy young family at the next table, but shortly after we sat down, they were finished and left.

Normally Famous Dave's in Maple Grove is one of our go-to places, but they were severely understaffed. Our waitress was also stuck manning the bar, so it took her a while to take our order, and to bring our food out when it was ready. We knew to make a reservation in advance, so we were able to get a table immediately. There was at least a 40 minute wait for those who did not have reservations.

When we arrived for our reservation at 6PM we were not even recognized as waiting customers. We watched several employees help multiple to go orders before we were finally helped. A line of 10+ customers formed behind us waiting as well. Finally was helped. Asked if a high top would be okay. We said no due to we having several shorter in stature people in our party. The host then preceded to look at the computer for about 5 minutes. Disappeared and came back. Then stated it would be an additional 25-30 minute wait for a low top. When we look around the restaurant there was at least 4 low tops that were available. Then when we finally said okay to the high top he had to go CLEAN a table for us to sit. What the Hell?? I will say that at least our server was on the ball and was doing the best she could as she was the bartender as well. Overall the food was hot and yummy. The server was good, patient, and willing to help us out. I wouldn't trust the reservation system there. Plan on waiting extra time even with a reservation.

Our waiter was great however he informed us he and another server were the only 2 on. He was punctual however he ran from 1 table to another spending a few seconds at each. A place that size definitely needs more than 2 servers.

Everything was very good. I want to thank Scott for the credit. Very nice experience this time. I didn't like the reservations. There was none to be had at 3 or 3:30 and the place was fairly empty.

The ribs were excellent. The service was great. We were disappointed in that we had a table by the patio and for some reason the noise level was quite loud. Not much that could be done. But it was disappointing.
