Not a lot of flavor in the meats except for the chicken was good. Seem to think that the BBQ place bases their flavors on their BBQ sauce only. And why corn and celery in the mac and cheese?

My boyfriend and I are both from the south. We don’t typically eat northern bbq. But this place was really really good. The “devils spit” sauce was great. I had a raspberry drink (can’t remember the name) but that was good too. If you’re a jack Daniels fan

Our server was great. Love the sauces. The ribs are my favorite. So many other places serve hard, burnt, expensive BBQ & charge you for extra sauce. Here it's a great value. They gave us a big piece of chocolate cake for our birthday! Felt pretty comfortable with the social distancing. We were able to be close to the door where there was air circulation and we were far from other tables. Helps that we were there early in the evening.

Horrible service. 3 seating hostesses standing around talking with almost a empty restaurant. Restaurant was dirty and only person i saw cleaning was the manger. Menu literally had sauce all over it. Waitress completely void of customer service, unless you come from across the pond and have a "awesome accent".

When we first got there had to wait for a few minutes before anyone would even acknowledge us. Then we were seated right next to the bar. which wasn't a bad deal except the poor bartender had to take our order as well as all the other waitresses. we saw several staff walking around and not really doing anything and here our poor waiter/bartender was running his butt off. the place didn't seem to have any organization. Luckily the food was awesome. otherwise I don't think I would ever go back to that location.

Server was awesome (Jonathan)! Haven't had their new baby back ribs but Jonathan brought me one you taste, and it was delicious! Still prefer their St. Louis ribs so I ordered 1/2 & 1/2. Bathrooms were clean and not noisy. Highly recommended.

Service was below par tonight. Also he was training a newbie... Hope she doesn't pick up his bad habits. Waiter did check in on us periodically but didn't connect with us...basically a chore. Simple walk-by "Everything okay?!?!" And didn't stop long enough to hear if we needed anything. Clearly didn't want to be there. Normally better service. Country roasted fall off the bone chicken was very dry. He insisted that's how it's normally cooked. But I know breast is much more moist when I get it... Got the sides of my order incorrect.

Neither the hostess or the server had any idea about Open Table, so I didn’t receive my points. Didn’t seem to even have a mechanism for checking me in. Server disappeared frequently and it wasn’t that busy.

They were melting down and it wasn’t pretty. We’ve really enjoyed Famous Dave’s in other locations, but this location was a mess. Got seated pretty quickly with a reservation and then were completely ignored for 15 min until we called over a manager to ask for menus! It only went downhill from there. Everything took forever, wrong food was brought out, correct food wasn’t, most food was luke warm at best, after waiting 90min we were informed that they were out of some items we had ordered...ugh, it was a very disappoint night.

I was seated on time. Though I wished we weren’t seated next to the front entrance. Waited 20 minutes until someone came to our table. The waitress that helped us was actually not assigned to our area but help us cause she had seen that we were waiting for a long time. I was finally able to order drinks and dinner. I seen that our actual waitress walked by us but did not acknowledge us. Not once did she. So the other lady continued to help us. Food was okay. A little bland. Overall I’m not sure if I’ll go back or recommend. Poor service is even worse than bad food.
