Inspired by the rich culinary history of the Bue Grasso (fat ox) Festival of Carrù Italy, Fat Ox serves modern interpretations of traditional Italian dishes from acclaimed local Chef /owner Matt Carter.

The sleek 7,000 sq/ft restaurant features hand made pastas crafted in house daily, slow-roasted meats and seafood, an international wine list and a full craft cocktail bar to make for a truly special experience.

The newly renovated front patio and our beautiful courtyard patio are the perfect place to enjoy the fall weather.

Behind a beautiful sliding wooden doors imported from Italy, our Rosso Room provides a private space for up to 50 seated guests, with an outdoor patio that is perfect for a standing or seated cocktail reception and/or seating for an additional 50 guests. The Fireplace room can seat up to 40 guests with a curtain providing visual separation from the restaurant for a semi-private event. Our chefs can craft a tasting, choice of or family-style menu from our award-wining Modern Italian cuisine that will wow your guests.

My date and I had a fantastic evening at Fat Ox. We both especially loved the Branzino which was prepared perfectly Our waitress, Gabby, went above and beyond to help us out since neither of us had been to the restaurant previously. Such a beautiful space, we will be back.

We ordered the summer menu. It was the best dining experience I have had all summer. Each course was unique and the presentation was fantastic. Our server was wonderful.

It was our first dining experience at Fat Ox and Cole was our server. He was wonderful, professional and so much fun. He was knowledgeable about the cocktails and dining options, and became a part of our dining experience which we loved. We did the $69/person coursed meals and enjoyed our food choices. We would dine here again!

Took one hour and 15 mins after we were seated to get food we ordered and fillet was cooked to the last cells and basically was dried to the bone. Awful experience

I had a lovely evening at Fat Ox. The roasted chicken ranked right up there with the best I've ever had. I dine out seven nights a week and have roasted chicken at least five of those evenings, so that's a pretty bold statement I am making. And, my server was wonderful. She struck the right balance of checking in but not stopping by too frequently. I will definitely be back!

It was a great wine pairing experience, the wine and food and staff were exceptional. Very clunky transition between services,could have been a bit more refined (not seating next service before we were done).
