Felice - Columbus Ave
Felice Columbus, brings the vineyards of the Tuscan Countryside to the Upper West Side.
The space is two levels spanning nearly 4,000 square feet, with the main ground-level dining room flooded by light from a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and showcasing a striking 42 ½ foot bar. The lower level is an intimate cocktail and wine lounge.
The menu consists of Felice favorites including the Fusilli al Ferretto e Burrata and Pappardelle con Salsiccia, as well as, house specials using cured and smoked fish, and a Verdure section of the menu, the chef’s interpretation of plant-based and seasonal vegetables sourced from local farms.
An extensive drink menu can be enjoyed both in the main dining room or downstairs in the lounge. The robust Negroni program is not to be missed, featuring several curated Negroni cocktails, as well as, a build-your-own-Negroni option where you can create a tailor-made cocktail.

Highly recommend this new addition to the food desert on the Upper West Side. Have eaten here already three times, twice at lunch and once for dinner and the restaurant doesn't disappoint. Love the artichoke carpaccio, the Nizarda salad and the chicken dish on the dinner menu. Servers are appropriately attentive and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to open some of the windows, weather permitting, so there is more ventilation in the indoor dining room.
We sat outside and they were kind enough to bring us a heater - which made it possible to sit and enjoy our meal in otherwise chilly temperatures. Food was delicious and drinks were well executed.
Maria was an excellent waitress and made great recommendations. We really enjoyed the food!
Great food and our waiter was amazing. The pasta was really good, and the dessert and expresso martini spot on!
The restaurant was loud
The food was only ok
But everything was gloppy
Soggy gnocchi, mushy lasagna
I requested a table near the open area because they was one immune compromised guest. The young man hostess was the an absolute rude, nasty human being. We were also celebrating my husband’s 75 birthday. The fact that they did not want to accommodate the request because we made it through open table was a big turn off for me. I will not go back there. Nasty nasty nasty human being.
ALL STAFF ARE UNMASKED!!!
Lovely and accommodating to our needs to make an early theatre time.
The meal was really great. Loved everything about it and we will definitely be back!! Bravo a great Italian restaurant on the UWS!!
Excellent!!! The food the atmosphere, and the service.
It is one of our favorite Italian restaurants on the UWS.
This was my first time dining in Manhattan since the pandemic started18 months ago. I was nervous about being seated to close to the next table, and expecting mediocre service at best. Imagine my relief to find well spaced tables and plenty of fresh air. The service was exemplary and the food was excellent. I will return to Felipe soon!
great meal served outdoors but the avenue noise was not too bad. the service was very good, fully attentive, and the food was superb.
This is definitely my favorite restaurant in New York hands-down. The Bronzino is so out of control delicious that I dream about it at night. Everything is outstanding from the salads to the pizza to the tiramisu.
Delicious food, excellent service.
Covid protocol adhered to. Attentive wait staff, good value.
My Italian friend approved its true Italian food. More reasonably priced than Saint Ambrose. Good atmosphere. Welcome additon to the neighborhood where not really known for trust-worthy good Italian.
Went for dinner with 2 friends I haven’t seen in a year - the food was excellent - we wanted to sit outside but all tables were taken. Downside was that restaurant inside is very noisy - so if you are interested in enjoying conversation with your dinner mates, I would avoid inside seating at this restaurant
Service needs to be better. Waited on water, drinks and the bill. Ordered calamari which was great highly recommend but was disappointed in the linguine vongole. No way dish is worth $28, it's bland, basically clams out of a can slopped together with some garnish. Menu should at least tell you that the clams come de-shelled. Nice bar and dirty martini was spot on.
We had high hopes for this restaurant as we live near by. We visited twice, the first time having salmon, pizza and fish
The salmon was very fishy tasting. The pizza was good, and the fish was the best selection of the night.
Our second visit, we ordered the hamburger, and steak. Both were lacking flavor and very disappointing.
It’s a loud environment, and the servers are very pleasant and attentive.
Excellent service and food. Just a little noisy and wish the chairs could be more comfortable.
Tables too close together. Wait staff even had a hard time getting between tables.
Food very good. Our server Monica was very good but restaurant understaffed. We would go back.
really nice neighborhood restaurant
Good food Excellent service
Great service and dining experience
Newly opened. First time for late weekday prix fixe lunch. Good with potential to become better. Will return. Essential problem was team leadership. Who was in charge? Someone from kitchen saw us waiting and went back into cooking area. Waited five minutes for hostess. Waiter arriving for work stopped and helped. Food took awhile but was good. Liked veal meatballs, creative bruschetta, steak panini, pasta. Good wines by glass and gin and tonic. Complimentary hazelnut cake had soft nuts on top. West side Felice is worth a try.
Food and service was outstanding and the place was full on a Monday night at 9pm. Great add to the upper west side. Don't go just for the food - the Negroni menu is a delight and the Amari collection is one of the best in the city. Felice kept the beautiful bar from Oxbow but made some space improvements from the prior owners. Adding the outdoor seating is a huge plus, as well as a bathroom that you don't have to go downstairs for.
We absolutely loved the food and cocktails! The caccio+pepe and the tiramisu were outstanding. The restaurant has modern and cozy decor with dim lighting great for dates, and friend get togethers. The service was very good- staff was very attentive and our water glasses were never empty! Will definitely come back!
We had been to Felice 64 several times and liked it there so we were excited when Felice Columbus came to our neighborhood. We tried it for the first time last night and were very impressed. The excellent food and wine notwithstanding, what really struck us was the staff and the level of guidance they have received. They were very welcoming, courteous and eager to please. When our friend's dish was not hot enough, Emma came over and insisted on getting a new order in right away that would be the right temperature. And Monica our waitress was very patient and caring. And our busboy whose name I did not get was also attentive and helpful. And when I asked for our table number for future reference, they said right away that they would put it in my record! Now that is service and we can't wait to return.
And did I mention that they gave us a complimentary piece of scrumptious cake as a dessert. Who could ask for more?
Incredible Pasta. I had the Pasta Bolognese the last time I was there and didn't think it could get any better. But then, had the Spaghetti Carbonara ... this dish must be why they invented bread for mopping. Unbelievable good. Already planning my next trip back.
No service for the first 15min of being seated, when we finally got one of the servers’ attention, we were treated with the most rude attitude (just can’t figure out what exactly would have triggered such behavior). After placing our order, we sensed that the mood was so obviously tense that I had to ask if there is anything wrong, and the server gave me a rude stare, so I asked why the attitude? At which point he said “I’m going to get YOUR server so you can order with her” indicating he would not wait on us. We were in shock so simply got up and spoke to the manager on duty who tried her best to do the right thing, offering us a different table and personally seeing that we get served from a different person, but by then our evening was already ruined. I wouldn’t expect such attitude from even a hip downtown venue, let alone a neighborhood restaurant in the upper west side. We miss Tallulah and Oxbow Tavern! Needless to say we will not be returning to Felice. (We saved the evening by having a lovely meal at Sushi O’Gari where service was impeccable)
I was not wild about the service. The food was just OK but not fantastic, but very big concern was that no one working in the restaurant was wearing a mask which I found very disturbing and would not return for that reason
Tonight, the service was not good. Our main course came before the appetizer plates were cleared, and before we were provided with clean utensils. The food was good, but my wife found out that the Eggplant Parm was Eggplant with sauce but no cheese (it was good but not what she expected).
The manager did take it off the bill and offered us dessert which was very good.
Still no specials which is surprising. I'm guessing that they don't have enough help in the kitchen but the menu needs to be expanded with daily specials.
The outdoor area is very attractive. This is our 3rd time eating here. The first two didn't disappoint. Sorry to say that this time did. Open Table reservers beware. The restaurant doesn't guarantee you outdoor seating unless you call or come in person and you find this out at the last second. If we weren't bringing our good friends from New Jersey, we would have gone elsewhere. We were so looking forward to the restaurant opening and making it our go to neighborhood restaurant since we only live 2 blocks away, but this has given us pause. Unlike the first 2 times, the bread was cold, my husband's chicken paillard was cold (we didn't want to make a fuss in front of our friends) and the manager to whom we tried to make our case was cold. On the good, the pasta with salmon and caprese salad were again tasty. When Antonio, the somm, was there (last time), he was helpful and a delight. The house wine, with Felice label, is quite good and moderately priced.
Great addition to UWS. Great operator opened promptly and made room for a small number of outdoor tables that will be in great demand.
Incredible food. I usually order Cacio Pepe but the Pappardelle was so compelling I ordered that and it was amazing. Plus, one of the best dirty Martini's I've ever had. Great addition to the neighborhood.
Exceptional on all counts. The food was magical. The Negroni and the wine (by the glass) perfect. The server was totally professional and outstanding !!!!!!! Will be back😍
They might have one of the most interesting and delicious burata dishes I've ever had. My Spaghetti alla Carbonaro was incredibly tasty getting!
Second time there in two weeks. This time went with some friends. Had a blast. Food is excellent. Jenon, our server is exceptional - really knows her stuff and really cares about her craft. Out of all the nice places up here in the uws, they’re in the top 5% for sure.
