                                        This was my third dining experience at FIA restaurant. The previous experiences were outstanding, so the bar was set very high! Thankfully, all expectations were surpassed! The drinks and craft cocktails to start, were extremely tasty and well balanced. The appetizers ranged from simple olives, à la carte, to chargrilled octopus and gnocchi, which was so pillowy and sublimely flavorful that we found ourselves searching for more. The octopus is always good and it did not disappoint. The star of the appetizers though was the chimichurri sauce served with fire roasted bread course. It was so intensely flavorful, that we asked for a side to take home! The main courses were wonderful as usual. The woodfired Branzino was the best I’ve had in Atlanta. The lobster risotto could’ve used a touch more salt, but the flavor profile was next level. The dish contained perfectly cooked, chunks of lobster claw meat and the texture of the risotto was a touch past al dente. All in all, a five out of five stars! FIA never disappoints!

                                        I didn't know that this restaurant was inside a Bonvoy property when I booked it. It was very intimate, very quiet. It was perfect for a mid week dinner when you want to hear what's being said. The food was very good, the service was timely and not obtrusive. It was a little gem of a find. Would definitely return.
