   It was our first time at fields and we are locals. I was very impressed with the staff and the manager coming around making sure all of the guests were happy. He also gave us awesome history lessons on the property and different food.

   We have been 4 times and every time was a great experience. Thanks to Keith and all the staff for making our experience exceptional. Happy hour is a must with great drink prices.The specials offered including the fillet dinner Wednesdays and lobster Tuesday were both very good . The best part are their OYSTERS big wonderful full of flavor sweet and rich. Keep up the good work team.

   Visited Fields Steak and Oyster Bar while on a recent business trip to Biloxi with colleagues. This restored and redecorated Magnolia Hotel was a fabulous find. The service staff here was professional, prompt, and pleasant. All 5 of our group agreed the food was absolutely amazing. The oysters were HUGE!! We had raw and baked, and both were superb. We had steaks around, and all were served "flaming" literally. They were prepared and presented perfectly. The sides were plentiful and delish. Can not speak highly enough about the service we received. Our server, Jerry, did a great job being there when needed but not interrupting or barging in. A visit from the manager, Robert, was a nice touch as well. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend it!

   I am in town for work and it’s my birthday; I wanted a white wine and oysters. This place went above and beyond with the food, charm and hospitality. I’m from north Florida, but live in the sunshine and palm tree area of Florida now. This location took me back to one of my favorite north Florida favorites-Saint Augustine (Old Town). Disclaimer — I told the hostess and waitress that it was my bday and I’m here for work; I just want oysters and an adult beverage. Boy, I got so much more! I started off with a cocktail and Oysters Rockefeller; no breadcrumb due to wheat allergy. They were happy to accommodate off of the brunch menu. I asked for avocado crab toast and just omit the toast, but the chef wanted to recommend home fries vice toast. Since there wasn’t a gf toast option, that ignited a conversation in the kitchen. That was NOT my intention, but happy the chef was so flexible. The restaurant made a free birthday dessert and comped my glass of champagne. The food was excellent; however, they forgot my poached eggs with my meal. Once I said something, it was there, but my food was somewhat cold. Don’t focus on that; I didn’t! The service was great and I loved the southern charm. I couldn’t have asked more kindness and thoughtfulness. They didn’t have to do what they did, but on their own accord, they whipped up fresh fruit and mascarpone. Truly, five stars all around. They have a loyal, transient, customer ❤️ Thank you for making me feel so special

    We drove from Hattiesburg to come have dinner here! It was SO GOOD! My husband had the surf and turf and I had a small filet with the fried brussel sprouts. 10/10 recommend. We also got the ricotta baguette appetizer which was also so delicious and definitely would’ve fed at least 4 people. Our server was Glenn (“Glenn with two n’s, the second one makes him special,” as he said) and he was phenomenal. Service was great and the restaurant is cute. We had reservations for 5:30 and it was right before a bunch of people were there. We were seated upstairs and it was a little hard to hear, but mainly because everyone was having a good time enjoying each others’ company. We’ll be back!

    One of the top 5 meals I have had in a Coastal Mississippi restaurant in years. We swung into Field’s on a whim when we needed to kill time in Biloxi and grab some dinner and wine on a Friday night. We have dined at Field’s in both Biloxi and Bay Saint Louis numerous times and expected a nice experience, but what we got was actually exceptional. The smoked oysters casino were perfect. Field’s’ kitchen has nailed the casino topping and the micro greens garnish added to both the presentation and the taste of the dish. Can’t say enough about these oysters. They easily accommodated my wife’s request for very simply grilled chicken to top her seasonal salad, even though that is not actually on the menu. I ordered the large filet, medium rare— Field’s steaks are always flavorful and this was no exception. I will say the temp was closer to medium rare plus, but it was still outstanding so I let it slide. The white chocolate lava cake was excellent as the dessert we didn’t intend to order, but just couldn’t pass up. Service was also top-notch, including a very nice visit with the General Manager as he made the rounds to check in on guests. Our waiter was attentive and witty without being obtrusive. Field’s is an anchor on the Coastal Mississippi fine dining circuit and we will absolutely return again and again.

    Everything we had to eat was excellent. We had the blackened prime rib and wedge salad. And then we had a wonderful apple cheesecake for dessert. I can't say enough how well worth the price this food is. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service is exceptional.

    We were sat 45 minutes after our reservation. Chargrilled oyster were slightly above average. Yellowfin crudo was excellent. Cocktails very good. Small filet was cooked perfectly but over seasoned with salt. The soft shell was cooked well but too salty. Servers and staff very friendly but a bit over whelmed. Overall good. But lots of room for improvement

    The food was great! We just ordered three appetizers... charbroiled oysters, shrimp scampi and stakhouse chips.. When the steakhouse chips arrived we realized we ordered too much food. Two people could eat these chips for dinner and they were awesome. They must make thier own chip because the chips themselves were great but if you add all of the toppings to them they were awesome. Of course the oysters were cooked perfect and the shrimp scampi, which comes with a fried soft shell crab was also good. It is a little pricey but if you're not worried about that this is a great place for food. We did leave with two boxes of leftovers because once we started eating the chips we couldn't stop.

    This is a fantastic restaurant. Everybody knows about Mary Mahoney's right next door. But, I don't come to Biloxi very often and had never heard of Field's. I had searched restaurants in the area and saw this one directly across from Beau Rivage. Everything I ordered was perfection as well as what I saw going to other tables. Great service as well. Anytime I'm back in the area I will not miss a chance to return to Field's.

    Everything about the restaurant my husband and I truly enjoyed Emily our waitress was excellent and a very pleasant person. Robert the general manager( I think that was his name) was very informative regarding The history of bread pudding ; which by the way was very tasty and the people from other country’s settling in the area. We both had the fresh oysters one order was char grilled and mine was gres gres oysters , they were very fresh and wonderful. Very nice atmosphere and a great place for a date night or actually anytime. Their prices are comparable to other restaurants that serve top quality food.

    Food was great! I had a filet and wife had chicken. We also had fries and spinach. Topped it off with the white chocolate raspberry bread pudding. I'm not a bread pudding fan, but this was really good! Chicken and steak were great. Both cooked perfectly. Staff was a little clumsy at first. Got spinach on my wife's shirt, took all of my silverware and didn't leave napkins, but it happens. Kept our drinks filled like more than i have even seen. First time there for both of us. Staff was extremely nice and came around to speak to us during our dining experience. We will be back.

    Everything we ordered was absolutely spectacular! Best oysters I’ve ever had. Steaks were cooked perfectly. White chocolate raspberry bread pudding was to die for!
