Enjoyable meal. Service was prompt, though they got a couple of our orders wrong. Really nice waiter, who brought piece of cake with a candle for my son’s bday without us asking.

The food was phenomenal. Every single thing we ordered exceeded expectations. The ambience was great, not too loud, easy to converse with those at the dinner table. Greg was our server - he couldn’t have been more accommodating. He answered every question we had and was just great, very attentive.

I love Fig & Olive to begin with...but my last visit was A+++
I went on Valentine’s Day with a few friends...not knowing they had a set menu for the evening...I’m very much set in my ways when it comes to food and order the same appetizers and entree every time I we decided to find a different we were getting up, Alex, the manager asked what he could do for us because he would like us to stay...long story short....he grabbed the full menu and we had a great time. I am already planning another dinner here with colleagues next weekend : )

I felt that the atmosphere was nice but the pricing for the meals was a bit much. The service was very good and the overall look was genuine.

Restaurant by it self deserve 5 stars for looks, really everything inside looks great, but, I don't understand how someone who have such great restaurant can afford such a poor service and menagment (if owner making desicions maybe I can understand). Service is not worth a penny, just simple example, I was with my fiancé, we ordered bottle of Vueve Clicquot, he poor us and then he took bottle God knows where, so I should looking for him to give me my bottle of champagne back. However, menu for valentine day was limeted, and still way far TOO SLOW, and desert we even didn't get( manager gave us 10% neighbor discount) so, conclusion is, this restaurant is beautiful and nothing else. I'm not putting all blame to service, because obviously kitchen was bigger problem, but still, they need to improve much much more for that prices that they charge. And yes, how I was disappointed ( I feel sorry because of buss boy only ) first time in my life I didn't give tip , and all my life I'm in restaurant industry, and my tip is never less than 20%, so it's clear how my night was awful.

There was a prefix menu for valentin's day. It was a pretty big miss overall. Food was weak, table wobbled even after they tried forever to fix. Not exactly what you'd expect from Fig& Olive. We'd been there before and had a great experience. Unfortunately this was not one of them.
