Tuesday lunch didn’t have the entree that we ordered, they “ran out” of burgers???? Beverage that was recommended had also “ran out”.

Well, the hostess tried to sit us at first, at one of the worst tables in the restaurant. So we moved to one closer to the door, which was much nicer, and much quieter. Scallop, appetizer, and beet salad were delicious. We both ordered the Sable fish. The first few bites were amazing. Perfectly done and melted like butter in your mouth. The rest of the fish was literally raw and cold on the inside. It had only been cooked on the outside You couldn’t even cut it because it was so tough because it was raw. So chef did not know how to prepare it properly. I did not eat all of mine. Could have sent it back, of course, but too much fuss sometimes. So we did mention it to the server. Thankfully, nobody had any repercussions from the raw fish. Sable fish is such a beautiful fish when done properly, hopefully chef will learn from this experience.

Exceptional, outstanding, fantastic. If you haven't been, book your reservation now. Food was exceptional! We had the Bison tartar and the puff pastries to start. (Both amazing but the tartar was one of the best we've ever had) Duck breast and the Lamb shank for our mains. Cooked to perfection and intelligently plated with perfectly selected sides that brought the plates together beautifully. Outstanding service. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Wine suggestions matched the meal perfectly. Finished the meal with a surprise chocolate mousse, (The server found out we were celebrating our anniversary and brought it out as a surprise.) and the Shaft Creme Brulee. My wife is still taking about the mousse this morning and the "shaft" twist on the brulee was a fun way to finish the meal. Over all a Fantastic experience the we look forward to repeating again on our next visit to the Calgary.

The food and drinks are amazing! My husband and I had excellent service. Very nice modern decor. This is a great place for a date or dinner with friends. The restaurant has a very cool posh vibe. Music is good. Will definitely go back 👍🏻 We really loved this restaurant.

A beautiful place with delicate eats that are boasting with flavour. The environment is very quaint, the service was incredible and the drink menu was great. We had the scallops and the octopus and would highly recommend both! The cheese puffs were also delicious.

We had the most amazing cocktails! We sat at the bar and our bartender was amazing! Gave recommendation, chatted to us about our drinks and made us feel so welcome! We had so much fun sitting at the bar with him as our bartender.

Great food. Ordered many of the small plates, from tempura green beans to bison truffle tartare, oysters, thai mussels, beet salad and gruyere puffs. Main course salmon with their famous brussel sprouts. Chocolate hazelnut praline tart to share for dessert! Absolutely delicious. We arrived just before 5 and made it to our theatre show in good time. Many of these items were on the Happy Hour list which is valid before 6pm.

Had a lovely birthday meal. Atmosphere was light and fun in a gorgeous setting. Warm and inviting. Food was delicious! Our server, Jocelyn (?), was attentive and helpful. She was friendly and sweet. Would highly recommend and will be back!

Sensational appetizets, main course and cocktail options. My wife and I had completely different meals and cocktails and all were amazing. Good people and service. True to the reviews the food is tasty and plated well. There wasn't any dish that truly stood out as unique but it was enjoyable. We were a little startled to be presented with 3 scallops for $36 but the rest was fairly inline for a restaurant trying to join the ranks of Calgary's upscale cuisine. What was surprising though was to be told directly by our waitress that we would need to leave our table at 7:30. We said no problem, we were going to a show at 8, cleared our bill and proceeded to finish our wine. What was unacceptable in my mind, was when the waitress came back and in her words gave us an abrupt "10 minute warning". For a couple that just had 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, desert, and 4 glasses of wine and gave a 20% tip - it felt very ungracious and unnecessary as we had already shared that we were leaving and it was not as though we had spent 2 hours nibbling on an appetizer and sipping on a glass of wine. There were 3 empty tables nearby so it was also not a case of there not being space if the next reservation arrived early. Frankly, there are enough lovely restaurants in our city with exciting cuisine that this interaction has completely turned us both off from ever returning.

Wow! There I no other way to describe this hole in the wall in the middle of Stephen Ave! Not only was Mike (our waiter) and Marcus (? The GM) incredibly friendly, the interaction with the kitchen truly took this above and beyond. We had the Brussels sprouts, Bison Tartare, Beet salad, Lamb, duck for our meal and it was absolutely fabulous. The best part was we could not decide on their fabulous desserts, so Mike convinced the kitchen to do a “platter” so that we didn’t have to choose! I would 100% recommend going to this amazing spot, and be sure to grab a bottle from the champagne vending machine!

Had a great time. Food was excellent. Two minor negatives: 1. The wine we ordered was out of stock (although the server warned us of this possibility). 2. Just after paying the bill, our server told us they needed our table for a large party coming in. That made us feel rushed even though we hadn’t finished our wine yet.

Nothing bad to say. Great service. We kindve broke the rules and watched the hockey game from the phone but the waiter brought us a cell phone holder! Grateful to him and thank you if you read this. We are from Edmonton and the waiter we had was the best one hands down. Thank you personally I hope u get a raise. It the little things waiters do that make the experience this much better! Everything was absolutely amazing! All of the food that we ordered came out exactly as we ordered it. Our server was Bella and she was a ray of sunshine and made our evening a night to remember and was one of the highlights of an incredible dining experience!

Space is very nicely designed, brightly lit, and tasteful. Dinned for lunch, the brussels sprouts were the best thing on the menu. Main proteins were all over cooked (steak frites, chicken curry, salmon) and the steaks for the steak frites were chewy. Dessert leaves a lot to be desired, the burlee on the creme brulee was so thick it could chip a tooth. Service was very slow, even after the place cleared out after the lunch rush.

Nice restaurant, good staff, clean and funky bathrooms. Unfortunately, every main dish that came out was slightly warm to cool, hence the rating. As we left we said almost together, would you go back? The answer was yes, but we were all complacent about our commitment to do so.

Best restaurant meal I’ve had in years. I had tomato bisque and sable fish, my wife had mussels (which she said were absolutely delicious, spice kick was perfect) and salmon. We shared chocolate mousse. Service and ambiance was wonderful.
