    Reasonably priced menu with lots of options. Nice clean surroundings. Not overly loud. High and reg table options as well as a street patio.

    it was mother's day and and neither the restaurant or the server acknowledged the fact, even though I had flowers a gift and my son told them they were waiting for his parey

    Great service. Great food. The waiter got 2 of my friends to try something and they loved it. Went back for breakfast..big portions and Staff is very friendly

    Everything was outstanding, until about 30 - 40 young people - students showed up. The waitress was overwhelmed, but did a great job. She however could have used help.

    It was a very quiet day at Fionn Mc Cools. I have been to the one in Hamilton Ontario many times. Was visiting family in Windsor and there was food suitable for everyone even picky eaters. My husband's family had never been to the restaurant before I am sure they will go back. Everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

    Raven was excellent hostess. Only issue was I asked for sauces on side but they were mixed in making soggy salads & veggies. I will go back

    The food and the service was good. However, I wish they had more tap beer choices. Prices were similar to exclusive formal dining places. "Buffalo chicken fingers" was yummy, however for the price of almost $20, there was a preponderance of fries in it and just a few chicken fingers. That was a little misleading. Barring a few minor drawbacks, the restaurant was quite good.

    From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was fantastic. Our server was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Multiple other staff members checked in on us during our visit, including the manager. Great vibes overall, you can tell the staff are having a good time and are treated well. Food was delicious, drinks were great and they even had live music which we enjoyed for a few hours. Would definitely recommend.

    Great friendly service from every employee we talked with. Location was noisy due to all the loud cars and motorcycles cruising down Ouellette but comes with the location. Also homeless people hanging out right by the tables but they all seemed nice and didn't bother anyone. Food was all great!! Would definitely go back.

    I had booked a reservation for 7:30 for 4 people the day before. The night of the reservation, we arrived at 7:20. The hostess said "I'm sorry we are all booked up, unfortunately". My response was yes, I have a reservation for 7:30. She gives me a strange look, says "really?" and then grabs her iPad and says that my reservation is not there. At this point, I pull up my confirmation email and show it to her. She says "I'm sorry that the website messed up but there's nothing we can do". She says she will "tell the owner to look into the website issues" and that she can "put me on a list and call me if space opens up" (of course they never did). I understand that it was not the staff's fault that there was some sort of technological error (I work in the service industry and understand that things happen); however, the fact that they did not even attempt to do anything to rectify the issue and basically just washed their hands of us, pushing us on our way, is extremely disappointing. I have supported Fionn MacCool's quite a bit the last year throughout COVID, but this most recent experience was distasteful.

    Restaurant is clean and spacious. Server was very personable as well. Why though they removed what was probably the tastiest dish from their menu is beyond me. They need to bring the chicken and waffles back. Ordered the fish tacos instead which were good but not amazing. My daughter ordered the Dublin street sandwich that came in a pita. The pita ended up splitting down the centre when they tried to wrap it, which made it impossible to eat like a sandwich. She ended up eating it open faced and just leaving the wrap. I showed it to the server and he said he would have the kitchen check the wraps for freshness. Paid full price for a very mediocre dish. The diet fountain pop was not good at all. I still drank it but when the server brought me a refill I just left it. Probably not a game changer for most, but I thoroughly enjoy a good fountain pop with my meal.

    Usual pub fare. Good service on our visit. Not open for breakfast which is very inconvenient considering they are located within the Four Points Sheraton.
