The food was delicious, but the service was slow. My friend ordered a coffee 3 times and he got it only when we were about to leave. When the bills came some of the orders were off, we waited a long time on our tables to get the final bills.

We make sure to make a reservation early in the morning to book a table for 2 for lunch time. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that they had no more tables but could be seated at the bar. No thanks!

It's pricey but the place is elegant. And moreover,the food is really good. My Osso Bucco on risotto was excellent. Cocktails were awesome too. They also gave us a table near the window, it's much appreciated

The food was great, the service although friendly, a little too chatty. Great seats with a view, by the window. Osso Bucco was delicious, but my rigatoni was better. We do recommend to go eat there.

Le serveur était impoli il m’a la cer la serviette sur le genou il me pressais de commander le repas suivant il m’a rouler les yeux dans la face pendant que je lui parlais et j’ai commander un plateau de charcuterie il est venue sans le fromage et le pain donc j’ai du manger le jambon comme sa avec les feuille et le repas était bon ma pas assez chaud.

The food was expensive but amazing. The depth of flavor was exceptional and it was served right away. I would have loved to see some excellent bread to go with the meal. Atmosphere was excellent for a romantic dinner. I will return with no reservations.

New Year’s Eve supper. It was my first time at this restaurant. I found the food very good and portions were very generous. The staff also mada an effort to complete the supper just before midnight, with a bottle of champagne for my guest and I; with great dance music. In would not hesitate to come back. Thank you!

Le restaurant est magnifique! Par compte le service était soit trop rapide, soit trop long! Dès notre arrivée, nous étions même pas tous assis que le serveur est venu nous voir pour nous demander nos cocktails. Il aurait été apprécié de nous laisser nous installer. Une fois le temps de commander le vin, j’ai mentionné 3 fois au serveur que nous étions prêts à commander et j’ai été ignorée. De plus à la fin du service, nous avons commandé des cafés, ceux de mes parents sont tellement arrivés d’avance qu’ils ont eu le temps de les terminer avant qu’on reçoive le notre ( en plus d’avoir une erreur dans la commande de café). Bref, j’hésite à recommander ce restaurant, car le service ne nous a pas semblé à la hauteur de la beauté du restaurant et de la nourriture!

This was my first time going to Fiorella. I would recommend this place for the food and ambiance. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, very classy, and clean. I was very disappointing with the overall service. The staff never asked us if everything was ok, did not not check in on us. We had to call the staff to come see us when we needed something. It not like we got just 1 thing on the menu. We got appetizers, a main each, a bottle of wine and dessert. Also, as you take the last bite they come take your plate right away. Not able to enjoy your overall meal. If it wasn’t for the service this would become one of go to places.

Expensive. Its not worth the price. The fries was full of oil (worse than ever) the salmon tartar didnt have a taste and the salmon was really fat. Be careful their tiramisu is covered with cinammon!!! I wont go there again.

Service was bad. Waiter was slow to respond. He should have brought us bread while we were waiting. We had to ask for it, and it still took time. Servers were doing all the work bringing us the food. At the end of the meal, we had asked for coffee. I specifically asked for cream. Waiter acknowledged my request, but never brought it over. Instead, he brought over the bill. He also kept insisting that tip was 15%, even though he hardly did anything. Food was alright as they changed the menu. Was looking forward to some filet mignon and shrimp. I had went to the same restaurant a few years ago and it was much better.
