   Great music and vibe! The pasta dishes were amazing but the pizza was really pretty terrible. They weren’t cooking on the bottom so we’re super floppy and soggy. Also, we ordered garlic focaccia and it was basically pizza dough w a bit of garlic and olive oil, not focaccia at all.

   The food was amazing! The server charming and efficient. But the music was so loud that everyone in the place has to yell to be heard, so the whole place sounded like we were in the stands just after a touchdown. And it’s a large restaurant. I hate to give this place a 3/5, but I truly won’t go back. I couldn’t socialize at the table. Just stared at the people around me due to the noise level.

    GREAT service and GREAT food but the music was way too loud, even staff turned heads when the music progressively got louder and louder. Literally couldn’t hear the face to face conversation due to it being overwhelmingly loud and hindered the whole dinner.

    Our waitress was did an excellent job of taking care of us. The pizza and the calamari were delicious, the only misstep with the meatballs, which came out a bit warmer than room temperature. But overall we will definitely go back.

    Repas entre amis. Nourriture excellente, bon vin, bonne ambiance ( dj). Toutefois le service de notre serveuse fut pitoyable! La serveuse n’est vraiment pas à sa place. D’abord elle était rushante, ne comprenait pas nos questions, n’était pas capable de répondre à rien. On devait constamment lui rappeler telle ou telle chose. On commandait des boissons, par trois fois, on devait lui rappeler qu’on attendait nos breuvages qu’on lui avait commandés. Elle répondait Ah oui! Ça s’en vient…Afin d’obtenir l’information souhaitée j’ai dû le demander à un autre serveuse, plus allumée…

    The ambiance was exactly the same as always - trendy and hip. Our service was spectacular. He was knowledgeable, friendly and has a great sense of humour. I recommend Fiorellino to all my friends visiting from wherever.

    We had a reservation last Thursday at 10 but the hostess at the door told us the kitchen is closing soon so we won’t be getting any food. I told her we had a reservation (to celebrate our anniversary). She just told us we have to order the food right away (which afterwards our good server Alicia told us it’s not a big deal) Felt like the hostess wanted us to just leave, felt like she was just done for the day. Didn’t even care that it was an anniversary dinner. I would ask the manager to properly train their hostess to be on top of their service. Other than that, amazing food, Alicia was a great server, and would come back again, just not for a big important occasion

    Lively, fun atmosphere. Music at just the right level to allow conversation, hate trying to yell over noise. I think they were unexpectedly busy, they were really trying but staff was barely keeping up. Took a while to be acknowledged after we sat, got our drinks after our food, etc but food was delicious. They asked us halfway through meal if we would switch tables so they could accommodate a larger group, which was fine, and even compensated us with a free dessert. Overall was a nice evening!

    The pasta and entrés were amazing! A bit on the pricey side though for this to be a weekly outing after work. We were a group of 10 people and I received 3-4 texts/phone calls trying to push my reservation for a later time. Good thing in the end, our table was ready at 7pm because they rushed us out the door by 9:15pm for another reservation.

    The reservation was made for a table and when we arrived we were told that there was no more room. They did not honor our reservation and we found ourselves at the counter. The waitress was not friendly and especially rushed. The pasta was badly cooked. All this for $35, a pasta dish only, no side dish, no beverage, no appetizer. Too expensive to pay.

    This was another wonderful food experience in Montreal! Appetizers (foccocia and meatballs) and the Emilia pizza - nothing was too heavy and everything was delicious. Our server was fantastik, attentive and made great recommendations!

    The waiters were kind of rude telling us we only have 2 hours then clearing the table very soon after we ate and bringing the bill much before the 2 hours. we stayed a bit longer so then someone came and took away the extra chair and such so not the best behavior. The music was also way too loud for a dinner setting with a dj playing. The food and price point were decent but we will not be returning.

    Je suis allé en double date avec des amis. L'ambiance etait superbe, par contre notre reservation etait a 21h et nous avons eu notre table seulement a 22h. La pizza etait bonne mais le service etait tres lent. Un peu decu, mais les prix sont resonables.

    Super bonne ambiance. Une place de rêve pour aller manger entre amis. Par contre, nous avons attendu 1h avant d’avoir eu notre table, malgré notre réservation. Très déçu de l’attente et du service. Aucune compensation n’a été donnée pour l’attente. Pleins de gens nous ont dépasser et ont eu leur table avant.     Apres seulement 45 min , on sentait qu’il fallait qu’on quitte la table pour laisser notre place… désagréable… On m’a enlevé mon assiette sans rien me demander… je n’avais pas fini ma pizza !!
