Nous avons été très bien servi. Les gnocchis et la pizza étaient délicieux, les portions généreuses. L’ambiance était animée, jeune, et sympathique sans trop de bruits (il y avait un dj mais la musique était à un niveau raisonnable).

Absolutely love everything about this restaurant strategically located half-way downtown, half way Old Montreal. The service was on point (welcoming and efficient without being overwhelming); the food, delicious (I strongly recommend the burrata); and the ambiance, just jazzy enough for a business lunch on a Tuesday. Love the warmth of the pizza oven in the background.

It's sad that we felt rushed by the time. As soon as we arrived, we were told that we would have to move quickly to make room for others for the next service. Then, towards the end of our meal, we started clearing our table while we were still seated! Without warning, just like that, a waiter started moving our table. Not too acceptable customer service!

Everything ordered by our table was excellent except the pizza (minus 1 star) which had a slightly soggy crust across the center area of it and should have probably been cooked another 2 minutes. But the rest of the food, it was excellent in flavours and textures (perfectly cooked al dente pasta). It was a very busy night, and the noise level was a bit louder than we'd have liked, but maybe I'm being an old man?! We definitely brought up the average age in the room, but it was a fun night and the live DJ played interesting music that was appropriate for the room and the crowd. Despite the disappointing pizza, we would come back for dinner again no problem.

J’ai réserver pour anniversaire de mon mari , et j’ai demandé une pizza au Nutella avec bougie et la chanson d’anniversaire comme une petite surprise, le serveur m’amène le pizza sans bougie , sans chanson , pas de surprise , passer inaperçu !! J’étais pas contente pourtant j’ai demandé au 3 serveurs ! J’ai parlé avec la gérante la réponse était « désolé on a plus des bougies » !! Mais vous pouvez le dire d’avance ! Bref la fête de mon mari avec mes amis est gâchée :/ Si non la nourriture est pas mal

The restaurant was busy, no tables at the time we arrived. I booked on Open Table for a later time that was open. There were multiple toiles still showing on the app. The hostess was angry we booked online. We waited 90 minutes for a table. Wait staff was nice, pizza soggy.

The steak was so delicious, better than some steak house. It was a very busy night, It was worth the wait. The waiter also gave a free desert to compensate the wait. The service was great.

We stayed nearby this amazing restaurant and were lucky enough to wander in for a late night drink upon arrival in Montreal. Upon seeing and smelling some of the dinner dishes and pizzas, we booked a reservation for the next day, my 40th birthday dinner. The food is INCREDIBLE. We had the caesar salad (devine), the tagliolini al limone (EXQUISITE flavor, i could eat this daily), the raviloli fiorellino (hand cut into their iconic flower shape, filled with burrata, YUM), tiramisu (absolutely delicious, possibly the best i’ve had yet), and wine. Even a simple dish is transformed by the top level quality of the ingredients, and by the love and care given by the chefs to each dish. It seems they use only the best ingredients available, and it shows. We loved every person we encountered here, from bar, to servers, runners and even some of the owners! You can tell everyone is happy to work here- there is a joyful yet relaxed atmosphere. The service is world class and very knowledgable, as well as making you feel welcomed and comfortable. We truly felt like their guests, and are very grateful to have had such lovely evenings there. I can’t recommend a reservation here enough; I travel all over the world for work and eat at all kinds of places, but I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Fiorellino’s in Montreal! ❤️🏆❤️😻❤️

Very delicious pizza. Waitress so very bad. Her elbows touching our face during service because she cannot use the correct arm and position, water all over the table because she cannot pour water, forgot to bring wine because she was chitchatting with other staff… Just do not expect great service.

Absolutely terrible. I will never be back and would not recommend this place to anyone. Incredibly rude staff. They could not find my reservation that I made on open table, their preferred booking platform. They did nothing at all to try to find it or to find us a table. I was celebrating something very special with my family and we were not even seated ever. The manager was incredibly rude and said he couldn’t do anything, and to leave. This is my first review ever but I felt it was necessary. Don’t go there.

Bel endroit avec un bon service (sauf l’accueil plutôt froid et prétentieux), mais la pizza n’est pas particulièrement goûteuse et la salade césar manque de saveur. Belle sélection de cocktails et de vins. Nous y sommes allés un jeudi soir et il y avait un DJ. Nous avons dû demander de diminuer le volume un peu pour arriver à s’entendre.

The food was really good but the service was not at all. We had to call and ask for pepper and cheese (for the pasta) which were not offer. Had to look for the waiter to order more water. After they took our plates, it was our job to ask for the dessert menu. Was not welcoming.

Their website says children are allowed before 7pm but this is not correct. We had to sit at the back of the patio because they don’t want children in the restaurant. The hostess had to go back and forth to her manager multiple times before she was allowed to sit us. I don’t understand why the manager couldn’t have talked to us directly. We will not be going back next time we are in town.

When we arrived—on time for our reservation—we waited at the entrance for a long time before anyone came to seat us. The hostess was polite & professional, but after a few moments at the 2-top, constantly repeating what we’d just said, we thought it might be easier to hear each other if we sat at one of the sidewalk tables, so we asked for that. The hostess was very nice, and walked us back through the restaurant, out the front door, and over to a lovely 2-top on the sidewalk—a treat on a balmy September evening. Anyway. The restaurant leaves its street-facing doors open so as to bring fresh air into the space; while we still heard a serious roar going on inside, it was a big improvement, sound-wise. That said, there were numerous customers sitting inside & welcoming additional members of their raucous party who yelled to late arrivals to skip the front door & “Just walk through right here, that’s what we did!”, which meant my chair was bumped into, over & over, by diners who were too lazy to walk through the front door. The hips of one customer thumped me so hard, she caused me to spill my wine. The service was friendly, but the food orders were very delayed: fritti misti (fried zucchini, calamari, and a couple of small shrimp), while tasty, was delivered by someone other than the original waitperson, and was sadly lukewarm-to-cold. Fritti misti should be served super-hot! This was on a Monday night, too, so I can only imagine how things would be on a weekend night. My burrata app was chewy & tough, though the peach & tomato salad surroundings were tasty. For an appetizer costing in the high $20s, I’d expect fresh (soft!) burrata. The mushroom tagliatelle was tasty but extremely oily. My partner’s rigatoni alla vodka was excellent, as was his cannoli. As I sipped my espresso, yet another patron exited through the French doors, slamming into my back. I’d had enough. I said, “The front door is OVER THERE!” And she charmingly stuck her middle finger in my face.

The food was very good. The service was at best OK. The only negatives are the noise that renders having a discussion rather difficult. Also, there is not enough space between tables. It’s not a place for a private conversation.
