   Trop cher pour des plats qui n'ont rien de spécial. En outre, les portions sont petites (sauf pour les pizzas) et les plats n'étaient pas chauds. Le service était correct mais la personne à la réception n'était pas très aimable. Nous avions fait une réservation pour quatre et nous avions confirmé par texto pour quatre... elle ne trouvait rien dans son système de réservation. Le café expresso était horrible et tiède. Beaucoup trop bruyant pour tenir une conversation à cause de la hauteur des plafonds et de l'ouverture sur un 2e étage.

   There are two sides to the restaurant and completely non comparable …they sat us all the way at the back stick to a heater that was very uncomfortable …lighting was too dark and did not enjoy my first experience at this restaurant

   Bon mais sans plus. Les tables étaient très collees. La nourriture était correct. Les pâtes à la truffe manquait de saveurs. Ça ne goûtait pas la truffée du tout.

    The ambiance and the food were amazing! Unfortunately the service was not so great. I believe there was a lack of staff ( as it was very busy upstairs) and since we had a great table hidden in the corner upstairs I think we were often forgotten about. Also, it would be nice if all staff spoke English and French. We had 2 waitresses, one spoke both and the other only spoke French, not one word of English.

    The whole experience was very nice, the service was excellent as well as the food. The only thing I didn’t like about our evening was the hostess. She was very dismissive! Other than that, it was a nice experience.

    Nous avons été pour la veille du jour de l’an. Bon choix avec des enfants. On avait la table pour 2h. L’ambiance était bon, la musique correcte. La nourriture 85% , rapide et chaude. La serveuse serviable et gentille.

    Bel environnement. La qualité de la pâte à pizza y est excellente (souple, élastique et mince). Par contre peu de choix de salades. Les pizzas sont assez grandes (probablement suffisante pour deux personnes). Service attentionné. Ambiance sonore un peu trop assourdissante (surtout que nous étions situés sous un des haut-parleurs !)

    The prices are reasonable. But the service was atrocious. I suspected a problem when the waitress took the orders for our Table of 4 without writing notes. Sure enough my wife received a pizza when she had ordered pasta. The waitress looked like she did not want to be there. I ordered the ravioli and it was very pedestrian. No originality. The pizza were burned. So do not be deceived by the low prices, the service makes up for it. The noise level is also very high and disappointing.

    I understand loud music and super low lights after 9 pm but before that it you be nice to be able to have a conversation without shouting. We had 4 starters, the beef tartare is the only one that was a true success, everything else was ok. Mains were good except for my caccio peppe pizza , too much pancetta not enough pepper. Waiter was excellent but could use a little more knowledge of wine list.

    Mauvaise expérience, à l’entrée du restaurant une odeur des égouts nauséabond mous a frappé! En demandant au serveur si on peut aller à l’étage le gérant nous dit qu’il ne peut pas nous servir, malgré la présence d’autres clients à l’étage.

    We had a birthday reservation made, and the service was excellent. Both the staff and the manager were extremely helpful and nice. Would easily go back there again and recommend to my friends & family. The food is fresh and authentic !! Thank you !!

    The place was lovely, but it took an hour and a half to get our meal, and the table next to us had a 4 full course meal before we had our mains. A well as, people that walked in after us, also got their food before us and even paid before we got out meal. Also took a lot of time to clear our dishes, felt very disregarded!
