    Good took a little longer than expected since there was barely anyone in restaurant when we arrived at 11:15. It appeared they were more focused on the to go orders.

    Our table tried four different dinner salads. Each one received wonderful praise. I think the salad dressings are the key. The server was excellent and our reservation was exactly as requested.

    We had planned a while ago to try Firebird’s but couldn’t make it. We finally went with another couple on Friday night, and were very pleased. The service is excellent, the facility is upscale and the food was delicious. We will definitely be going back. Give it a try and you’ll like it too.

    We should just learn our lesson, we never ever get good service at Firebirds. The food is tasty for sure, but we leave mad at ourself for giving it another try. It’s convenient to our house, but we’ll be driving farther to get great food and great service. We waited a long time for drinks from the bar, one of our appetizers never arrived and we asked about it and I’m certain the server had just forgotten to put in the order. No apology for it being late to the table. She muttered things under her breath as she watched food or drinks being delivered to another table, seemed so frazzled and did not take care of us in the way that the price point would demand. Management is clearly an issue as well as it shows in the training.

    We were a group of 4 and everyone was happy with their order. The chicken pasta was huge. The grilled tuna salad was really good and the others enjoyed their salad and salmon. Good value too.

    This was our “give it another chance” time. The service was much better and our waiter, Dawson was great. Steaks were perfect and it all made up for the first time that was terrible.

    A great neighborhood place for lunch. The food was great (I had the fried flounder sandwich), surpassed only by the outstanding service we received from the minute we walked in until we left. We always feel welcome at Firebird’s.

    My experience was great other than the first host I interacted with. I had a 5:30 reservation for 7 and when I checked in at 5:30 I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. The restaurant was not overly busy. A second hostess came and was quick to figure out an alternate solution so we could be seated. Frustrating to make a reservation and then be told you get to wait. Other than that, the experience was great.

    The food was great, unfortunately the staff was spread much too thin and we had to ask to order dessert, ask for drink refills and had to ask the hostess for our tab when we were ready to go. It was not our waitress’ fault, but we were celebrating a birthday and from previous visits know that the service is usually great. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time around.

    Service was professional and kind. We took our time deciding on our meals, as it was our 1st visit to this restaurant. No pressure and it was during the lunch rush. The food was aesthetically pleasing and really REALLY good! We will return to this restaurant and send our friends and relatives here too

    The food was great and the service was great too. My only recommendation would be that they service their restrooms. One toilet seat was broken, there was no toilet paper in another stall and one soap dispenser was empty.

    Wonderful steaks--perfectly cooked and fire-roasted carrots were incredibly delicious with feta and sunflower seeds ( with honey-balsamic glaze!)
