   Took friends here for dinner this evening. Arrived & restaurant was hotter indoors then outside. Outside temp 91F. Turns out air conditioner broken, has been for 5 days per staff. Decided to eat on patio. Ordered salads & dinner meal. Asked for salads first. Everything came at one time. My ribeye was tough. Friend ordered rare prime rib. It came out more than well done. Send back prime rib. Next prime rib was medium rare. Server was nice, apologetic. Not sure I/we will return again. Food to expensive not to have it prepared correctly.

   Nicholas was a joy of a server to have take care of us. We both got soda, but I prefer mine with lemon. A lot of servers forget on the refills, but Nicholas made sure I wasn't missing it! I had the salmon with mixed veggies and the seasonal corn side. Hubby had the cilantro grilled chicken with the mixed veggies. Both meals were delicious, well-seasoned, and great for a filling lunch, even while skipping the phenomenal bread.

   Their AC was not working so it was shockingly hot in there. We were all sweating including my 83 year old mother. It was very uncomfortable. They should have added fans or something. Or let us know upon arrival. Not a good experience.

   Don’t sit on the patio on a hot day. Half of the fans were not working. They never had ice in the water and the side covers are all or nothing. They had them down so there was no breeze at all.

   Firebirds has an amazing menu and their service is always good. However, it was extremely warm in the restaurant last night. I confirmed with others in my party that it wasn't just my female, 50+ self who was sweating but that they were, also. And, no, we all weren't 50+ females! 😄 The food and drinks were still amazing but we just felt uncomfortable. Was also a little surprised to see a customer walk in with her dog. It was a well-behaved dog, but it had nothing to signify that it was any kind of service dog and they were seated inside rather than on the patio.

    We went on a Tuesday, late afternoon for happy hour. Sat on the patio and a great time! Our server, Kensley, was awesome! She was very attentive, new the happy hour menu and offered great recommendations! We look forward to returning soon!

    This visit left a much better impression on me than about 3 1/2 tears ago. The staff was hospitable, our orders were taken in a reasonable amount of time, the food was hot and my husband was even thanked for his military service by the manager.

    Very enjoyable experience. Firebirds graciously offered a Memorial Day special for Veterans and it was greatly appreciated. "Wine Down Monday" was a big bonus. Good food, good service. I would recommend to anyone.

    I ordered a medium filet and it came out rare. I never send food back, but it was still cold in the middle. Their “solution” was to try to recook the same filet. It came back well. My friend ordered a burger medium well. It arrived medium rare. My son ordered a ribeye medium. It came out medium rare. The theme of the night was everything, except the chicken, was undercooked. Service was just okay. Very disappointing.

    Firebirds was very good. Whether you are just meeting friends after work for drinks and appetizers or dining in ( or on their great patio ), the food is very good. Their steaks are all wood fired and excellent! Plenty of other things to choose from as well. Their wait staff and front end hosts/ hostesses are very nice and helpful as well.

    The lobster dip was excellent. Starter bread was okay as it did not come our warm. Ribs were good, but a very large portion. Salmon and scalloped potatoes were really good. Big Daddy Chocolate cake was the best item overall.

    Tried their new Brunch Menu for the first time. Wow, it was Fabulous. I had the Crab Cakes Benedict. Great Value, Taste and Presentation. My Wife had her favorite Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken. Not new, but when it's someone's favorite why not. Just a wonderful place overall with great service and food!!

    We were super excited to try this place, we had to wait 25 min past our reservation time and when we finally did get seated we waited another 25 min to even get acknowledged. We had to wait for refills more times than we should have. It was a huge disappointment, considering what we paid.

    Such a great local spot. Been here before and last night was my father’s first time. Service was EXCELLENT from the hostess stand to the bartender to our server. Impeccable. Timing of our dinner appetizers, drinks, entrees. PERFECT. I love this place always have! Coming back in July for a bday. See you all again soon!

    Drinks, steak, mmm mushrooms and salad were all excellent. The scalloped potatoes were undercooked. When you prefer the grocery store boxed potatoes, something needs to change. But overall, a great night out.

    Nicolas, our waiter, was absolutely outstanding! He was very patient, accommodating, and attentive. I will be sure to request to be seated in Nicolas’s section the next time I visit. Hue and his staff worked also worked their magic doing their best to accommodate a last minute request. Thank you all for making our mother’s 75th birthday celebration wonderful!     First time to eat here and we will be back! Absolutely fantastic service, food and the huge chocolate cake for dessert was the perfect ending to the evening. Our waitress (Jane), had a great attitude as well as wonderful service. We had the NY Strip woth Parmesan mashed potatoes and the huge blt salad. Thanks for a delicious meal!

    Was there on Mother's Day took one hour to get our meal and my wife had to send back the steak it was under cooked as was mine didn't get what we asked for as how we wanted the steak to be cooked

    Firebirds is my mother’s favorite restaurant. We ordered the burrata and tuna to start and both were very good! I ordered the filet and husband ordered the strip. Hubby’s steak was over seasoned. Server Brian was very attentive!

    I travel into Polaris once or twice per year and have always wanted to try Firebirds but time and other activities prevented a visit. This time I had the time, I made an 8 pm reservation and was on time. I sat at the bar as I am accustomed to do. The bar tender had me a drink in no time and all was well. I had previewed the menu online and checked the pricing and although the prices were high, I was OK. I had planned a celebration that night for a successful week. When I got the menu the prices were substantially higher than reported online. I should have made a fuss but I didn't. So I ordered a less pricey, premium steak. Salad was great. However, my medium rare steak was overcooked, medium at best, and the loaded baked potato was lukewarm and had been cooked for some time. The restaurant wasn't too busy and should not have had any problem preparing my food as ordered. My experience at the new Outback earlier that week was much more satisfying for half the price. Too bad Firebirds but I'll wait until someone forces me to go there.
