Went with friends and their 18month child. Waitress was initially very attentive but it seemed like when we ordered the food she lost her train of thought and we had to repeat the order. Food was ok, I ordered a rare steak it came medium. My friend ordered some fries which never showed. Overall food was ok but not something to write home about.

It was our 52nd anniversary. I had the sirloin steak. It was one of the best steaks I have had. Good size piece of steak… Cooked perfect. Loved the parm. Mashed potatoes. My husband had the prime rib, he said it was fine, but when he saw my steak he wished he had ordered that instead. The 7 layer lemon cake was the perfect ending. Our server anticipated what we needed before we had to ask. Just the way an upscale restaurant should treat its customers.

We had the rib special, and it was quite good. Nice size portion and tasty. Coincidental was there for 1/2 price wine Monday, so good deal overall. Our server was very pleasant.

Always enjoy a great meal at Firebirds. I had grilled salmon & our waiter,Sam, recommended blackened & so happy I took his suggestion. The salmon was perfectly seasoned, moist & tender. My husband likes his steak a little “pink”, not over cooked but many times it’s undercooked when he orders it medium. Sam recommended to order “medium plus” & it was cooked perfectly. Staff is always friendly and accommodating!

First our server was great and she helped us through most of our issues. Cleanliness-well it was so dark in the restaurant my wife didn’t see that the seat was covered in what she thought was butter. She had on her Sunday best. Stain on her clothing is not coming out. My silverware was filthy and hd to be replaced. Floor under table was filthy. Food-Highlight was the overpriced chips & lobster dip. Chips were heated to the point of burned. Didn’t have any prime rib less than medium-well “at best” according to the server. My sons tater-tots were so over cooked they were more like chips. I had the ribs and they were so salty they were inedible. Food also took 45 minutes after we finished the appetizer to be served. For the price the food was well below the quality I would expect. There are much better options in this price range. Desert- Were not offered the option. After clearing our meal plates the check was brought out w/o mention of coffee or desert. Disappointing but we had enough at that point anyway. Probably off our list till Firebirds gets their act together.

We always enjoy your food but last evening we waited one hour and twenty minutes for our entrees for a party of four. That is very hard with a small child who is hungry. It seemed to us that you do so many to go orders that the restaurant gets backed up. How about stopping to go orders and concentrate more on the restaurant where customers are waiting for their food. Awesome service!! The wait staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Our food was delivered promptly and all of our dishes tasted great!! We will definitely be back for further occasions. We will recommend to our inner circle for sure.

I had the aged rib eye, which was good, but not fantastic. When I cook one at home, I use a support cut of meat, and thicker, and my steak is much better. My husband and son got the Durango burger, which they said was excellent. The onion wings were good, but the ranch dressing was a bit too salty we thought. The service is fine, not as good as a lot people have said. My waitress I got the feeling didn’t love her job LOL. So overall this is a good restaurant, but it didn’t wow me.

We were there for the filet migno special. We had reservations for 4:30 PM and the restaurant was not very full . All the staff were excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sides delicious. I had the mushrooms and my husband had the fully loaded baked potato. We look forward to going again.

The food per usual was fantastic. I had the rib eye and BLT salad and both were flavorful with the steak cooked medium rare as I requested. We were celebrating our friend on her new life's adventure and were given plenty of time to talk and visit with each other, eat our food and get dessert. I took the Lemon cake home and ate it for breakfast, it was simply amazing. A lot of lemon flavor and one of the best cakes I have ever had.

Tasty indeed, but boy have prices gone up! It was a little hard to hear each other talk, but I don’t know why. It wasn’t crowded and there were no rowdies. Maybe it was the music. Excellent service, really excellent.

Salads that were ordered were watery and the chicken in my salad was rubbery. Too expensive for sub par food. I used to go to Firebirds often but the last couple of times it has been a disappointment. Will not be returning.

Nigel’s customer service and attention to detail was the best experience of the night. He was courteous and always seemed to know what we needed. Kudos to the kitchen staff also. All dishes were prepared with the utmost attention to detail, which made for an overall excellent dining experience.

The thermostat showed a stuffy 79 degrees inside....in July. There were flies/insects that people were shooing away. It felt like management didn't care. I'd not want to see how this place looks under bright lights. Our server was attentive and pleasant, though she seemed stressed, and did the best she could with what she had to work with. The food was ok and prepared well enough for a chain. However, the atmosphere was so bad that overall it was a terrible dining experience.

Food was delicious! We had the deviled eggs for an appetizer and they were definitely one to order again. The red snapper entree was cooked perfectly. Others at the table had a chicken dish, which they said was delicious and a steak which was cooked as ordered and also delicious. We had dessert and coffee and were not disappointed. We sat outside on the patio, so noise level was more moderate due to foot traffic around the patio area. Overall, very enjoyable and will go again. Waiter was very good but seemed a little inexperienced, thus less than perfect rating, but nothing that time will not improve.
