My wife's steak was rather tough and reason for value rating. My prime rib was tender and cooked as was requested. Courtney was very attentive as a server.

Our server Lily was great! The food is typically good. Ordered the Honey Chicken - the asparagus was not prepared well. It was over cooked and then not cut properly to rid of the inedible stalk. It didn’t completely ruin the dish but was not the best part. Also thought the soup of the day (chicken orzo) needed more broth. Will I be returning? ABSOLUTELY. It’s a great restaurant atmosphere and good food!

This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is always delicious. The staff are some of the nicest and most efficient of any I have experienced. Some of staff know who we are and greet us like they know who we are. The atmosphere of this restaurant helps me relax and I feel pampered when we eat here.

Kudos to Firebirds for honoring veterans on Memorial Day with a complimentary meal of their choice. The service was great - very prompt & attentive considering how busy they were. We had the sirloin and the lobster fondue salmon - both were tasty & cooked to perfection!

Went with wife for my free veterans entree offer. Service was outstanding with at least 4 different wait staff and a floor manager coming by our table to make sure we were being cared for. Food came out after a short wait and both of us enjoyed our meals. Topping off a great experience when we got our check the restaurant had not only discounted my entree but also "good will" discounted my wife's entree. We will be back. 4th time coming here. Tonight was our favorite. Restaurant week so they had a 3 course prefix meal. Loved the crab cakes and my husband loved the prime rib. The kids meals here are amazing- best portions of anywhere and they love the side of Mac & cheese. The table bread is also a favorite. We always get seconds. And we love their dirty martinis with blue cheese stuffed olives!

Excellent, fast service. Good appetizers (bacon deviled eggs - yum!) and plenty of bread and butter. There were 8 of us. We had a reservation and were seated on time. All of our food came out together and was very good. We had salads, steaks and chicken. The only mild complaint came from my Brother-in-law, whose ribeye was slightly overcooked. I had a filet cooked medium and it was perfect. My Husband had a side of shrimp with his steak and the shrimp was delicious. The amount of food that came out was perfect. We will definitely be back!

We went, to Firebird’s last year for our anniversary dinner and it was so good we came back for our 45th. The service is way above par. Our every need was anticipated and met by our server, Zoe. This being Restaurant Week we led off with the garden salad with an excellent vinaigrette. We chose the prime rib for our entree, which was cooked to perfection. Dessert was their crème brûlée cheesecake. Kudos to the manager and all the staff. We will be back.
