   I had ribs and their southwestern potatoes. Maybe they should offer a half a rack of ribs. Husband had a pasta dish. both were great. Started with the Specialty Martini. Pineapple something Martini, Very Good.... Server Trent M was GREAT!!!

   The food was cold when the server brought it to the table. Prime Rib was tough and difficult to chew. Potato was old (over cooked) After trying to eat half of my food i stopped and gave up. I then noticed their was a hair on my plate which wasn’t mine. The server called the manager to our table and took my meal off off our bill and offered to make me something else. I declined and told them I didn’t inform them about the hair to obtain something free but to just let them know. Terrible experience. Want go back.

   We always choose Firebirds for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. Excellent food.Surprissingly delicious side salads--both BLT and Mixed Greens.

   The bread was stale. As nice as our server was, she was not on top of anything. Asked for things that she forgot. Did bring a birthday dessert for my daughter, which was very sweet

    We eat here regularly. They seemed short staffed on Mother's day. The service was well below expectation - a number of mistakes like not bringing the bread out until after our entrees were served. Two of the five entrees weren't prepared right. We've eaten there 10 or so times, this was the weakest of the 10 times by far. At least a couple people in our group are actively considering trying some other places to become our regular standby in this category.

    Our waiter was relying too much on the management. To get out the food to his tables. We were waiting more than 25 minutes for a piece of cake we saw that he was taking care of other tables and we never got Refills

    The food was fantastic, service was top notch. My only complaint would be the noise- it was hard to hear the waiter, but the I don't hold that against the place- overall was very satisfied and my family was too- a great Mother's Day meal for sure. And we will go back in the future.

    Food was good but not hot. Warm at best. They weren’t really to busy so not sure why it was warm when brought to our table. Also bread was cold. Disappointed this time for $91.00 for two. Would usually recommend

    My second visit to one of the Firebird grills, did not disappoint. The service is fantastic. The food is delicious and has a great atmosphere for friends and family. Definitely will be back.

    Decent enough food but overpriced for what it is. And a shame they only serve desserts sized for 2-3 people. Awkward if you don’t want the same thing. Excellent and friendly service though.

    The service was excellent, Chelsea was our wait staff and she was very helpful and pleasant. IT was Lisa my wife's birthday and she brought a cake after we ate to celebrate that was a very nice touch. The food was excellent and everyone had a great time.

    We have been going to Firebirds for most holidays and important family celebrations. Byron the Manager is always the best and makes each person feel like family. All of the wait staff are top notch and attentive. We have always found our meals to be just as we ordered and delicious...consistently. thank you!

    Attention to detail is missing at this restaurant. Made a rez thru Open Table and they didn't read the reservation - claimed they were too busy. The booth was dirty on arrival and we had to ask the hostess to clean it before sitting. Steak was cooked right but lacked any flavor. Server didn't know what the house whiskey was, although he was very good otherwise. 2nd time eating there and probably won't go back.

    My husband and I enjoy dining at Firebirds. Their food is always outstanding. We ordered the filet and wood grilled salmon and it was cooked to perfection. Customer service was slow and a bit off. We do expect excellent customer service at Firebirds and it was just not there.

    Was not worth the cost ultimately. Cocktails tasted watered down and food did not have much flavor. Once we tasted the appetizers and they were average too, we selected entrees we felt should have been easy to execute, and we’re still disappointed. My Caesar salad didn’t taste like Caesar dressing at all and server also wasn’t very personable. Didn’t offer our table bread but but his other table parallel to ours received it. It was our first time so we weren’t sure if we had to ask or not, but we won’t be back based off of the first visit. It was extremely low in traffic in terms of patrons and they still dropped the ball.
