    Do not count on Firebirds being considerate of your reservation. Definitely will never walk into the doors here again. It was supposed to be a great evening for my Junior Homecoming dance until Firebirds ruined everything by their lack of consideration for their customers. My father said that he would not have his business meetings and family outings here ever again after this disappointment. We had to eat fast food because they could not honor a 5:00 reservation for 2 on a Saturday when the place wasn’t even busy! Memphis has gone down the toilet and do has this disgusting dirty place. The bathrooms were atrocious, I’ve seen cleaner port-o-potty’s at music fest.

    I'll start by saying that Christian, our waitress was awesome! She was very attentive, got our food to us pretty quickly, and made our overall experience awesome! The ONLY complaint that I had was the lobster on my Surf n Turf order; it was a little more tough than it should have been. The cook left it on the grill a little too long so it was mildly burnt. Overall, when we go back, I'll be sure to ask for Christian!!!

    Our server, Morris, was awesome. Very courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. I frequent this restaurant a lot and it's because of people like Morris, who make the visit, pleasant.

    Overpriced. I don’t mind paying for a good meal but this place is so dated. The servers were great but my cheese dip was so runny I didn’t order anything else.

    The food was ok. I had a great time and the staff was nice and very welcoming. I would try it again for dinner. Nice place. There were so many pork choices. My son is allergic to pork so that was an issue for sure.

    First time here and will definitely be back!!! Had the honey garlic chicken and wife had steak both with loaded mashed potatoes.... It's was a very nice spot for a date.....

    Khyri was a great server and the chefs did an amazing job on the Chilean sea bass. Also the St. Francis red wine was wonderful. And to top it off the chocolate cake was so moist and satisfying.

    We have dined here 4 x in the last 2 weeks this is by far the worst service and experience we’ve had here ,my wife and daughter get the same drinks each time and they were sent back 2xs because they were not as they were accustomed to waitress was not attentive and took forever greeting us …The restaurant was not busy at 5:30 and showed no sense of urgency and no Mgr address our concerns . Not sure if they were having a bad day but we were very disappointed with our service we received today.

    Have been here many times whilst working in the area in 2016. I regarded it then as one of the better restaurants and wanted to return. It is still just as good except the wonderful Cake bread eine was no longer on the menu.

    I love Firebirds, but they could not give me my normal fall off the bones ribs yesterday (Labor Day). After 2 tries, I gave up.

    The food was not that great. The service was slow. We had to wait a long time for our food. Our waiter had to spend all his time at the table next to us because it seemed they were not happy with anything they were served. I don't think we will be back. We had quest from out of town and thought it would be a treat to bring them there. It used to be a better restaurant.

    I made reservations for 10 people to celebrate my birthday on August 30. When we arrived at our reservation time, we were seated within 5 minutes! The waitress was friendly, very attentive and accommodating. The food was well cooked and hot! Enjoyed it immensely!

    Service & Staff were on point! Appetizers were great. (Wings and Deviled Eggs) Entrees took an extra long time on this visit to be served. Baby back ribs were Meh at best.. and barely warm.

    Our waitress keep forgetting us and what we ordered. Didn’t bring silverware or water. Gave us the ticket without asking us if we wanted dessert. Then brought us dessert without us ordering dessert. Just totally bad service today. Normally, everything has been good in past visits.

    Their steak special was excellent. We had augratin potatoes and mushrooms as sides. Their salads are delicious and big enough to share. Entrees only come with one side so the salad was extra ($10)., also the mushrooms. Since it was our anniversary, they gave us a free crème bruelette cheesecake slice for dessert. Very good. We’ve also had their carrot cake and it is delicious.

    I had a reservation for four. We ordered and patiently waited for over an hour for my food, only to receive an incorrect and incomplete order. Several other tables sit after us and received their food and check before we we served. To add to the frustration, a drink was accidentally knocked over onto the table, and it wasn't cleaned up. My son had to grab his napkin to prevent the drink from spreading. The server seemed overwhelmed and lacked support. When I finally managed to speak with the manager, who had walked past our table multiple times, I was interrupted by another server. This experience left me thoroughly disappointed.

    I had a great experience for the fifth time at this restaurant. The food was awesome especially my Ribeye steak. The server and staff was attentive, friendly and made sure I was a valuable person. I recommend this restaurant but especially this location to all my friends.

    We asked to be sat in a booth and they told us they had none available. Sat us in a table and there were 5 booths available in that area alone. We were done eating and no one was sat in 2 of the booths the entire time. Food took a little long to come out being we ordered salads but of course warm protein medium rare. But took 35 mins for that to come out. Our server was very polite and courteous. Restaurant was chaotic though. This is the 3rd time we’ve been there and same kind of experience. Food was good as well.

    Love the summer brunch menu items. Hope you keep the brunch salmon and crab cakes on the menu. Also, the breakfast potatoes are a must to keep!

    After listening to the host talk about his anxiety issues he sat us in the middle of the restaurant. He used profanity and said he was doing his job. We waited for 25 minutes at our table and never did see a server to even ask us what we’d like to drink. We left and found another restaurant nearby and got great service. If the manager of this establishment doesn’t get on top of things you won’t have to worry about asking for a review as the doors will be closed. Will NEVER take a chance on this place again.
