   It took over 2 hours to get our food. Bread took a long time. Salad was served after the meal and we asked for gluten free and came with croutons. No usual for the meal to take so long

   Went there for happy hour, not too busy on a Wed. You can ask for bread. We ordered drink and shareable plates. The crab cakes were sold out though. Overall pleasant experience. The beef sliders are less tasty than before however, not sure if it’s due to not hot enough…

   Last year we booked this same location to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had such a wonderful experience that I decided to book it again and put a note in the reservation that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary just like I did last year. This time there was no acknowledgment at all that we were celebrating a special occasion. We weren’t told about any drink specials and had to ask if there were any dinner specials. I guess last year we just got lucky with a waiter who decided to go above and beyond on his own to acknowledge our celebration and give us a little extra special treatment..tonight we just felt like and other customer.

   Food is good but the service is fair. We wait for our order over half hour. Some tables they serve bread and butter. Nothing they serve to us. Disappointed! We will not consider to go there again.

   Used Open Table 6 days in advance for the reservation for 4. In the “ comments” section I requested a table along the perimeter or in a quiet spot because of 2 hearing impaired guests. On the day of the reservation I called to confirm that request and was informed “ yes, it is noted in the reservation”. Upon arrival the hostess said “ follow me” and proceeded to the center of the main dining room! Absolutely no reference to the request…no moment taken to read the request. I had to inform her I had specifically asked for a quiet area and was then moved to a much better area. Why bother to make a comment have it confirmed and then have it ignored? Our waiter, Dan, was on the ball with great service and a chatty wit. We got him off track with getting settled for when we ordered salmon, he told us it was not on the menu. He thought he did tell us that when seated and apologized. Three of us had selected salmon as our entree. Disappointing!
