I always choose Firebirds for dining. The food is consistently delicious. The staff is pleasant and attentive. I never feel rushed. I met a friend for lunch and we had a lot of catching up to do. Although we stayed longer than expected our server checked on us regularly. I highly recommend Firebird’s .

Fantastic place to celebrate a special occasion, but be prepared to pay higher orices then just a few years ago. Families 5 with three kids meals and no alcohol was $200. Everything else was awesome!

Everything about Firebirds North Wales is excellent...service,food, atmosphere! The wait staff are always so friendly, helpful & treat you like family! I especially appreciate how they check on you without being overbearing, you have a wonderful staff! Love it here!

We had a 6:15 reservation on Saturday, September 9th. What a great experience from start to finish. Our waiter, “Big” Dave was great throughout the entire time. He was personable, attentive, and genuinely a great person. The food, as usual was perfect. Our steaks were cooked exactly how to wanted them and the dessert was just the best. We will be back again!

Loved the 16 oz. Rib Eye. Made 100% perfectly and tasty too. The baked potato was also done to perfection and the house salad, fresh greens and a tasty house dressing. My wife loved her Lobster Fondu Salmon.

The server was not experienced or attentive at all. Please see failures below: -never gave us bread for the table (isn’t this standard?!?); we had to ask for bread AFTER we were already eating the soup. Then the bread took 20 minutes to come -messed up the appetizer order by failing to out in the ranch rings ordered by the birthday honoree -the soup of the day was room temperature and took a while to come like he took too long to pick it up and bring to our table after it was ready -messed up one of the entree orders; ordered a BLT salad with added chicken and added shrimp; it came out with salmon and shrimp… no chicken -this may not be his fault but… the salmon entree was a very small piece of salmon with only a few broccoli florets; this was also the birthday honoree The server was nice but incompetent. I still have him his 20% tip though. Unfortunately for the restaurant we took our friend celebrating her 85th birthday and this was a very poor first (and probably only) impression

It's a delightful place! The server - Lisa- was fantastic. We had my 14-month-old grandson with us, and she was super attentive, kind, and funny. She took care of us perfectly. The assistant manager, Dave, was terrific as well. He made sure we had everything we needed. Levi's chicken fingers, mashed potatoes (a tad bit salty), vegetables, fruit, and juice were outstanding. It was a full-course meal! My salmon was good (nothing exceptional,) and the Salad was wonderful - ask for dressing on the side next time, but Lisa brought me extra lettuce. I must say the vegetables are awesome. I'm coming back.

We had their full rack of ribs special once before and they were the best we ever had. This time they were apparently not full cooked, therefore tough and not even hot...cold very quickly. However, it will not deter us, expecting it to be an exception, rather than the rule. We will be back!

Food was horrible! Impossible burger came out like a hockey puck it was so burnt. Tater tots and French fries were overcooked. Buffalo wings smelled and tasted like hot dogs. Addressed concerns with server. They remade the burger and swapped out the wings for chicken tenders (burnt). Manager never came over to check on food or anything. Will not be back.

We had a wonderful experience at the North Wales Firebirds restaurant. The food was fantastic. We especially enjoyed items from the seasonal menu. Our server, Mickey was excellent. She was welcoming, efficient, and an all-around great server! We were celebrating my husband's birthday and our server and the manager wished him well. Very happy with our choice of Firebird's for our celebration.

This was the second time I’ve been to this restaurant and I just love it. The steak wasn’t done to my liking but they fixed it as soon as possible. The appetizers are absolutely a delicious and so is the rest of the food I tried. I highly recommend Firebirds. I also appreciate that they offer you different toppings for the steak. Blends of butters and veggies. No other place I’ve been too has done that so that’s a plus to me.

The staff is always pleasant and we like the ambiance at Firebirds. However, as before, some of the food was very disappointing. The "crispy" pork belly that came with the egg and bacon appetizer looked raw and unappealing. It didn't look cooked at all or at the most, it may have been nuked. My husband didn't bother sending it back. I would have but his choice. Obviously, he didn't eat it. The rest of the appetizer was good and we also liked the fried cauliflower. I ordered the cheesesteak eggrolls, which I did like. But, once again, the steak my husband ordered was served well done when he ordered medium. He has never received a steak or hamburger as he ordered it. We have given Firebirds many opportunities to improve on mostly entrees, but unfortunately, they have not been successful. We like the place, the bar, and, mostly, the appetizers so if we go again it will be for those services.

We ate outside and it was wonderful. Sam was a wonderful server and on top of things. Enjoyed some pre dinner drinks and the porch party was so yummy. The food was delicious.

Great service from Liz! We eat here occasionally and this was the best meal received. Steaks were all excellent, as was prime rib. We enjoyed our server, Liz, who was friendly and professional. Good team approach by staff. Would definitely return and recommend.
