   Great atmosphere! We had a very professional and personable server. He was funny and very knowledgeable of the menu. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because one of the steaks was ordered medium rare and came out well done. The server noticed it as soon as I cut into it and immediately took it back and expidited getting a new steak ASAP. All of the food is delicious! Perfect cocktails too! We will be back again!

   The staff is wonderful. Our waitress was very attentive and made wonderful recommendations. The food was delicious. We took our time and had a lovely relaxed lunch. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We will be back.

    Although I had a reservation, I did have to wait a few short minutes to be seated. The food here is always excellent and this visit was no different. I had the bacon wrapped blue cheese filet with mushrooms. Very delicious and cooked medium rare the way a good steak should be. The Parmesan mashed potatoes were okay. The serving a bit small. My waitress was very good and checked on me regularly. Of course I’ll be back for another visit.

    Everything was great but there was a fly buzzing around out table(indoors) and it landed on my friends plate while she was eating. She swiped at it with her napkin and smashed it with her bread plate. We informed our sever who immediately removed her food and bread plate and placed a new order. While it didn’t impact the quality of food or service, it’s unacceptable to have flies buzzing around a restaurant. Makes you wonder if there are flies in the kitchen.

    Went for Mother’s Day dinner. Sat on the patio without being asked if we wanted to sit on the patio. Reservation was for 7:15p and it was starting to cool off, so it was chilly out there. Service was slow. One of the water glasses had brown floaties that was served to us. Ordered an appetizer and after being there over a hour, asked to check on it. Was told it would be right out, but our entrees arrived first. We suspect the waiter forgot to put it in. Told them not even to bring it as we had our entrees. We had to ask for napkin and utensils as they were not on the table and the Waiter never brought them. Ordered a medium rare filet as part of the Surf & Turf and it arrived charred on top and cooked well done. The lobster was over cooked and cold, as were the mashed potatoes. Only one of the 4 entrees was actually hot. My filet was replaced and the new one was cooked properly and was tasty. The Waiter was very slow returning to the table to check on us. We had to ask for refills as the Waiter wasn’t paying attention to the empty glasses on the table. When clearing the table, the Waiter spilled the remnants of a martini on my daughter. No offer to comp anything or provide dessert, just ignored the fact the drink was spilled on someone. Desserts were good. I was hoping for a nice Mother’s Day dinner, but instead left disappointed. For the price point of this restaurant ($64 Surf & Turf), I expected more. I don’t see myself returning.

    The only complaint I really have is the wait to get our order. It was a busy Mother's Day so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were just overwhelmed. Besides that everything was perfect. I will absolutely be going again.

    Everything was great except the one menu item we were excited to order was apparently sold out. That was really disappointing considering they were only half way through brunch and it was Mother’s Day. Plus it was French Toast so surprised they’d run out of bread.     The apps we ordered at the bar were served quickly. The Margarita I ordered was not good. Too sweet and tart and not served in a margarita glass with salt. Would not recommend. We also ordered the salad with grilled chicken from the dinner menu. It was very good and a nice portion. The fries and sliders from the bar menu were delicious!!

    Very good meal at Firebirds in North Wales, PA. Didn't give five stars only because of where we were seated...we were in a side room w/table located right near the door, so kind of hectic as the waitstaff was going in and out.     This was my 2nd visit to Firebirds because the first visit was so pleasant and satisfactory. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same this time around. NOTHING was as good as the first visit. The food: the prime rib sliders were delicious on my first visit. This visit was a fail. Unlike the first visit, this time they were dry, and noticeably lacking horseradish sauce. The Thai chili sauce on the Philly cheesesteak rolls was nonexistent (they were delicious the first visit). The smoked chicken wings could’ve been cooked longer. Some were still red towards the bone. Thankfully, my husband and son enjoyed their burgers, and my sangria was quite refreshing. The service: NO complaints. Our server (Ian) was top notch! VERY attentive. My family and I LOVED the ambience. Enjoyable music, and low noise level overall. I wouldn’t go so far as to say I wouldn’t go back, but it will be a while before I do. The chefs/cooks could’ve had an “off” night. But when the bill is substantial, an “off” night is inexcusable. Yes, we could’ve sent the food back, but didn’t think that would be wise.     Food was not that great expensive for no reason. My Salmon was the best thing on my plate. There was a small piece of hair I found in my shrimp appetizer. That was a major turn off. I didn’t say anything to complain because I just didn’t feel like getting into it with anyone. Overall I don’t think I will be back. My server was nice. The ambience is nice and restaurant overall look clean. I just wish it was required for all employees handling food to wear a hair net . This would limit hair being found in customers food….smh

    It was great that we made a reservation and we got right in and we got a booth and it was quieter in the booth. The place is a little noisy on Saturday nights, but it was fine. The only problem that I had was that my steak tasted soapy and then I realized I think it was my knife, so I switched knives and I was OK. The ribeye was rather thin, but it was tasty although very salty. The loaded baked potato was very good and the salad was delicious. We had great service. We had a terrific server and job all in all.     Prices have gone up a lot while food quality has diminished accordingly. Not a good combination! My steak was tough and vegetables mushy, I can make a better steak dinner at home for a third of the price. I’ll not go to a Firebird again. What a complete waist of time and very hard-earned money.

    This was a little bit of a disappointment… The appetizers were yummy, but the main meals left something to be desired. My shrimp and grits had overdone grits and shrimp that had an odd mealy texture. Service was friendly, but quite slow and erratic. I had higher expectations for this dining experience, but will go back and give them another try.

    Second time coming on time that tjey messing my reservation that they dont have a table for us then why is there open table reservation made to be on time and table should be reeady to seat not to wait or get something else. Im pretty sure they will loose my business for sure after this time i spent over 200$ every time i visit i dont appreciate the way i got treated both times

    Firebirds never disappoints. I had the salmon with lobster fondue, amazing. Literally the best salmon I’ve ever had. My husband had a filet with shrimp which was also excellent. The southwest au gratin potatoes were to die for! And of course the signature pineapple martini, fantastic. Sam was a great waiter. My only complaint is that it was my Birthday dinner and I put that in the special notes section you get on Open Table, but alas, no fanfare.
