   The Rib Eye was full of flavor and super tender and the Salmon excellent! Not dry like most other places we have tried.

   First time there. Biggest complaint was my wife ordered a medium ribeye, and it was barely rare, on the boarder of raw. I had the grilled salmon and over all thought it was good. We had a reservation and were seated timely. Service was adequate, neither lacking nor pushy. The restaurant was extremely loud. I did not time our meal, but it felt like we waited a considerable amount of time for our entree to come out. This was a Friday 6:45 p.m. reservation.

   My son just loves this place and we went to celebrate his birthday. They were a little busy but thankfully we had reservations. We were seated right away and the server was there instantly. He treated us very well. Drinks were fresh, steaks were outstanding and the cake to finish the night was a dreamy dessert. Well done all the way around. Prices are on the higher end but feel we got what we paid for by the time dinner was done.

   Our table was not available at the reserved time and our party of 5 was seated at a booth for 4 with a chair added with no knee room. The waiter spilled a martini at the table and we had to clean it up with our dinner napkins to prevent getting our clothing wet. One dinner order was not submitted by the waiter with the rest and that member of our party received her steak when the rest of us were finishing. No dessert menu was offered and this was a birthday celebration. The food was delicious but we won’t be returning.

    Food was solid and enjoyable. Service was spotty. Long time to be asked to order. No real checkin once food was served. Missed our order of additional drinks and didn’t offer dessert. Lastly it was so loud that we felt like we were shouting at each other.

    Kenny was very inattentive and disappeared frequently throughout our meal. We even had to get another waiter to cash our check out. The lemon drop martini was watery and not very good - normally it is great. The dirty bird martini was good. The food was excellent but took a very long time.

    I really love the food and service here. The aesthetic is great as well. The only drawback is how loud it is. Other than that, my wife and I love the food.

    Our server was amazing. Very prompt and knowledgeable. The only issue I had was I ordered my steak Meidum rarw It came out 1/2 medium and the other hang chard well done. He did not come by to check on the food so there was no opportunity to them to make it right which was a disappointment. But everything else was good

    The bruschetta with chicken was okay. For some reason the flavor profiles of the bruschetta did not match the seasoning of the chicken. The chicken tasted a bit over cooked and seemed to have a taco seasoning on it. The tomatoes where either halved or whole. If it was diced up it may have been tasted better. Overall the dish was a bit too salty for me and the baked potato had way too much salt on the outside. House salad with Jicama somehow had bacon in it. If I would of known there was bacon in it I wouldn’t of ordered it. House bread tasted a bit tough as well. I would not get this dish. I had no issues with the service, I think showing up late in the evening may have reflected upon the food.

    I brought a group of young moms I mentor for a nice evening out of conversation. Adam was our server and did a marvelous job. He was kind and courteous and knew the menu very well! Everything we had was fabulous! The evening was perfect! Kudos to Adam!

    The side salad with hicama and pecans was so delicious. I had the rib eye which was cooked to perfection. My fiance had the salmon and was not impressed. He liked the potato au gratin more than the salmon. We hope to come visit again but will be careful on what he orders. Overall we had a lovely time.

    We had such a great waitress, and the food was delicious! The noise level was over the top loud! I’m not sure I have noticed it so loud! It made it difficult for us to talk casually.

    My wife & I had a wonderful meal at Firebirds on Sunday the 26th of February. We both had a Filet that was done according to our taste She had a baked potato that was hot when it arrived at our table, and I had au gratin potatoes that were also done to my liking. Service was excellent, our server, Brad was attentive to al our request. Although the restaurant was very busy it didn't take a long time for our meal to be delivered.

    We went for the first time on our 40th wedding anniversary. The filet mignon was excellent, tender and full of flavor. Our waitress was very attentive and made our day more special. Thanks Ally.

    Went out for Valentines Day/ our weekly date night. Experience was bad from the start - the server training a new server asked me if I wanted my Aperol Spritz “short or tall”. Servers kept promising they’d be right back with bread and more water, with nothing on the table until after we finished our appetizer. Water glasses stayed empty for most of the entire visit. My wine didn’t come out until after I finished with my entrée. My girlfriend ordered the BBQ Burger with no onions, and after a long wait for the food it came out with onions on it. They apologized but did not offer to take care of it or discount it at all. Still paid full price for an atrocious meal with terrible service.
