   Everything about our dinner last night was outstanding from drinks to food to service. Our sever Ben was very attentive and too care of all our needs.. His recommendations for our group were spot on. We had not been to Firebirds for a bit but will not wait so long next time.

   Firebirds is our ‘go to’ restaurant for upscale casual dining. We weren’t disappointed on Memorial Day when they offered a BOGO for veterans. Our filet mignon steaks were excellent as usual. Our server was most helpful.

   The food is always excellent. However, on our last visit the orders were confused in the kitchen. One in my party had a smaller steak order delivered to him cooked perfectly and the other party got the bigger steak he didn't order over cooked. Two of our orders were excellent. The staff made things right. I love Firebirds for lunch and happy hour. This was just an oops.

   I ordered the smokehouse chicken sandwich with the tortilla soup...my chicken was not cooked well...it was still raw tasting. The manager came, apologized and compensated us for the meal. We were not asking for compensation, just an awareness of needing to cook it longer. We appreciated their kindness.

    This is our go to restaurant when we visit Omaha. This time we were celebrating my mother's 95th birthday. The staff decorated her cheesecake plate with "Happy Birthday" in chocolate icing and had a lit candle on the cake. They also signed a birthday postcard. She was very touched.     I enjoyed the meal but there were a few gnats flying around. Also disappointed that there doesn’t seem to be a dress code of any kind. Daisy Dukes with a barely there tank top should not be allowed in a serious steakhouse. I will eat there again however. The food is good at a fair price.

    The food is always delicious and it’s hard to choose sometimes. Salads, Omg the burgers, grilled salmon, vegetables, and nice bread. Our server was delightful today- wish I knew her name. So attentive yet stealth so as not to hover. I live in midtown so this is a west for me but it is so worth it. Last week I went with friends from Denver and Tulsa. They loved everything.     Excellent service, quick seating with a reservation. Nice bar area, outdoor seating and interior design. The only issue was amount of "grizzle" in my ribeye steak. The side mushrooms were excellent. Service staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Adam made the experience excellent, he was a great waiter and we truly enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious and the value was great for the level of service and food quality. Highly recommend it for a casual dinner with friends and family.

    I made a reservation for Mother's Day/Graduation Day. We got there a little early and they were able to seat us early - with only a short wait for our table. Great food, great cocktails, great dessert!

    Our reservation was for Mother’s Day so we knew it was going to be busy! We waited about 20 mins past our reservation time but the hostess table told us they were running behind. Once seated our server greeted us immediately and took our drink order. The dinners were delicious as usual. Our server was friendly and attentive. Overall it was a great Mother’s Day dinner!

    Food was delicious and the waiter was great! But...we had a reservation for 5:30 pm and were not seated until 6:15 pm. We were asked if we wanted to sit outside on the patio instead where it was around 55-60 degrees! Obviously, they grossly overbooked reservations and there were a lot of unhappy customers. Also, large groups kept coming in which was then taking up several tables that could have been used for several people who were waiting way past their reservation time. Maybe large groups should be limited on holidays??

    The service and the food were great. Our problem was at the hostess stand. We had a reservation and they told us they were running a half hour behind and asked if we wanted to sit outside. Then half hour after our reservation was called they called us again to ask of if we wanted to sit outside and we said no again. Then they called us a 3rd time thinking our table is ready to ask us the question again. We ended waiting 45 minutes after our reservation and it was really annoying how they kept calling our name when they already asked us this question. Not to mention it was cold and windy outside

    The food is always wonderful. It's a little pricey compared to some other restaurants. I do love their food especially their southwestern potatoes(which are my favorite). The steaks and prime rib are always good.

    Although we had a reservation we had a 45 minute wait. But considering it was Mother’s Day and everyone goes out to celebrate their moms as well as linger after they have finished eating I was not surprised. That said we sat outside to wait on the patio and I had a delightful Sangria and my husband enjoyed a beer. Staff was pleasant and attentive. After we were seated our server was efficient and friendly. Food was wonderful. The restaurant was very loud but most people were understanding and pleasent.

    Being Mother’s Day, the restaurant was very full.… Which allowed us additional conversation time with her adult kids. All our meals were excellent as always. Adam, our server and your entire staff performed admirably, while customers patiently waited to be seated. As expected, your team’s customer service was outstanding!

    Our last visit to Firebirds was outstanding. My wife wanted steak and lobster, she said lobster was best she has had in a very long time. Sweet, cooked perfectly and delicious. Filet tinder, juicy and cooked just right. I had the Cajun ribeye and very happy I did. Proper medium rare, tender and addition of Cajun butter on top added to the overall bold flavor of the steak. The chocolate and lemon cakes for dessert were moist and a perfect ending for our meals. Our server Brad was very attentive and did an excellent job of taking care of us. Very pleased and will definitely return expecting the same great food and service.

    This was my first visit and I look forward to coming again when I am in the area. I made a reservation I reviewed the website and menus before my visit. The food and service was awesome. The only thing I would change on the website is remove casual smart dress code. I wore a sport coat slacks and button down shirt. When I got to the restaurant and noticed how everyone else (customers only) were dressed the casual smart dress code was a joke. I am a person who takes pride in the way I look.
