   Party of 12 for lunch started out great. Seated quickly orders taken but when the food came out orders were mixed up. Servers didn’t know who ordered what. Burgers and salad were varied and people got each other’s orders fries- No fries - tater tots- fruit. And No drink refills. It took at least 30 minutes to get our checks after asking. We were all standing at our table waiting and waiting and then the tickets were still wrong. Everyone got items on their check that didn’t belong to them. Too bad it ended badly.

   We love Firebird's, Food is always top notch and pricing is on part for what it should be. I'd put Firebird's well above a casual steak place like Longhorn's but not quite at Charley's or Capital Grille, making them reasonable for more frequent visits. I've never been disappointed with the food!

   The service was top notch everyone was on top of everything, if you’re lucky and have ANNA as your server you will receive the best 5star service. Food was perfectly cooked, plated and presentation was on point. Drink glasses were constantly filled and replaced without hesitation. Without a doubt amazing and enjoyable all around.

   Firebirds weas excellent again. It is one of our favorite places to eat. I had the bar-b-que ribs; my wife had the snapper with lobster sauce. Plus, Firebirds was giving a free meal to veterans. I am grateful they are willing to do this.

    We had high expectations and were definitely disappointed. The food packed flavor from the steaks to the mushrooms not sure if they have a new chef or just a bad day but we won't be back there are way too many restaurants in Orlando for us to come back to a basic restaurant.

    Food is delicious. Service outstanding. No complaints. My Salmon was cooked to perfection. The salad was just OK, nothing special. It was supposed to have bacon bits but there didn't seem to be any. Regardless, everyone at the table was quite happy.

    Great service horrible kitchen. Two New York strip steaks ordered medium rare delivered well done - replaced with chewy ribeyes as they ran out of New York strips. Baked potatoes served cold. Delicious deserts.

    We had a do-over Mother’s Day dinner since we waited for an hour after our reservation time on Sunday and still hadn’t been seated. The food is good and the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice. The absolute highlight was our waiter, Thiago. He was very attentive, informative, and funny. The attention and kindness he showed to my mother was above and beyond. He really made up for our poor experience on Sunday.

    Mother's Day Madness, Some items weren't available and the wait time was extreme. was told the kitchen was 45 min. behind but waa was longer. The holiday was brutal. I've never had that experience at Firebird's before however this was our first time at this location. I would love to go back but not during this type of Holiday ever again.

    Mothers Day Dinner.. so the place being busy was expected. Our 7:15 Open Table reservation was almost 8pm before being seated. However here’s what wasn’t expected: 1. Cold mashed potatoes 2. Cold Mushrooms & Port Sauce 3. 1-1/2 hour wait for food 4. Bathrooms without toilet paper (even an hour later after staff was told) 5. Overdone Prime Rib For $40-$70 per person price point we expected much better food.

    We had a 6:45 reservation. Checked in at 6:30 and was told there is a a 40-45 minute wait. We decided to stay and we were seated around 7:25. Our server told us the kitchen was a little backed up so we went ahead and quickly placed an order for 2 appetizers after hearing what was left that we could order. At the same time we placed our meals. About 45 minutes later the dip and wings came out. Asked several times for more silverware and napkins which we didn’t get. The table across from us and the table behind them sat after us, but some how received their appetizers the same time we did. As we sat and waited and waited we finally asked if she could check how much longer we needed to wait for our meals to come out. The server stated we were the 6th ticket out. We told her to cancel the order and just bring the bill for the soft drinks and appetizers. She brought the bill and said she tried to get a manager, but they were too busy at other tables so they can’t stop by. We knew that is was busy, but didn’t think we would be leaving at 9:10 with NO dinner! Not sure why you would choose to overbook the restaurant. As we were leaving they continued to tell other customers that had a reservation there was a 45 minute wait when the restaurant closes at 10:00pm. Why would you have them wait knowing you wouldn’t be able to serve them?!? I would not recommend going to this restaurant!

    Went on Mother's Day, so I expected it to be busy, but I have never seen a restaurant so unprepared for the rush. Reservation for 6:30pm and was finally sat around 7:25pm. At about 8:50 p.m., we were still waiting for entrees and were still 6 tickets back in the kitchen. The server did their best to make up for the wait, and I applaud their efforts. Ended up canceling our order, tipped the server out, and left. Other tables did the same.

    Not a good experience this time around. Waited 45 minutes after our reservation time to be seated and then taken to a dirty table to be seated and it was covered with dirty dishes and still needed to be cleaned. Waited a bit for the server for drink order and was told "you might want to order an appetizer because the kitchen is going to be backed up for a while". We ordered the appetizer, and it came before our drinks. Also ordered a martini served in a not so clean wine glass. The servers were running around with food and had no idea what food went to which table. This is my first bad experience with Firebirds. Not sure if it was because they overbooked reservations for Mothers Day or what the issue was. We were wondering after the fact if they were just pushing appetizers to increase the bill because they were suggesting them to everyone in our area. For two people with only one drink and to be over $100 is a bit much, even on a holiday.

    First time at this restaurant and I must say it was nice. The restaurant is beautiful on the inside and nice patio / bar area. Definitely worth the wait I mean it was Mother’s Day so of course it’s gonna be busy. They ever was nice to offer samples of either mimosas or their signature double black Diamond martini (the martini was delicious) The food was delicious the server Julie was great we will be back again. The grilled salmon was delicious not to mention they give you a lot of food.

    We were 40 mins early for our reservation, checked in with host to get on the list. Went to bat to grab drinks, Johnathan the outside bartender was great. 15 minutes before our scheduled reservations we checked in with host to confirm our phone number was correct and how much time we had left. We were told 2 more parties were ahead of us, and we went back outside. 30 minutes after that my wife checked back with the host to confirm we didn't miss our name, were told one more party was still ahead of us after it took the host a few mins to find our name and asked if we checked in again. After 30 more minutes we went back to the host to see what issue was and was finally told the table was ready. Our lunch reservation turned into dinner... the kitchen was so far behind that it took 30 minutes for our appetizer. The steaks was overcooked, this is our second time trying out this place, and it disappointed again. We will not be back.

    Since you emailed and asked for my opinion... Mother's Day reservation was at 1:30 for five people. We arrived and were told it would be about 15 minutes late. We were finally seated at 2:30. Food arrived an hour later at 3:30. Server was "less than warm", very inattentive. My seared tuna salad arrived to the table after others finished their meal. I should have asked for a "to-go" box. I asked if they were doing anything special for the mothers, and her reply was a very curt "No." Pitiful all the way around. I have always loved eating at Firebirds in Winter Park (and in Brentwood, TN), but will probably never go back. Anyway, happy Mother's Day 2023. We live and we learn.

    We had a reservation for Mother's Day. Waited an hour past our reservation time, which was a bit much for having a reservation. Things seemed very disorganized and chaotic. There is also no dedicated parking for the restaurant, so trying to find parking was a nightmare. We originally went for brunch, but by the time we were seated, brunch was no longer being served. But of course this was told to us after we ordered mimosas for the table... Our table order 3 steaks, all came way over cooked and dry. Our waitress was nice, polite and seemed on top of her game. This was our group's first time at Firebirds, and I may be willing to give it another try on a weekday, but this past weekend was just too much chaos, and way too pricey for over cooked steaks.     We had reservations for Mother's Day at 1 pm. We arrived a bit early and were seated around 2:40. Once we were finally seated, we were told that the chefs would not be able to start on our entrees soon, but said appetizers and soups could be brought out right away. we ordered a couple of soups, and an order of onion rings. the soups came out but not the onion rings. The waiter then offered free ceasar salads and 4 diners took him up on the offer. However, those salads nor the onion rings were brought out to the table. at the end of the lunch (pushing 4 pm now) our waiter said the manager approved the onion rings not being charged. Wow! thanks for not charging us for something that wasn't served. The staff was friendly and they were not the ones who overbooked the restaurant, but the attitude was still "hey it's mother's day, it's going to be busy" like it was normal for us to expect to have to wait over an hour and a half to be seated and then not have food come out, etc.
