   We booked on Open Table, and had to change the reservation 3 times due to delays in traffic and it was easy. We entered the restaurant after parking close during the evening rush. We were seated near the kitchen in a booth, but never heard loud cook noises you usually hear when close in proximity to the prep lines. Our waitress was there to give us the menus and water within 1 minute! We ordered the Lemonade drop. It was spot on and full of vodka smoothly blended. We shared and ordered the chicken tortilla soup bowl as an appetizer and split the prime rib 14 Oz. I selected the corn as a side. I think a potato would have been better as the corn was not as fresh that is required with the char that was applied. The prime rib was succulent and at medium temp, red colored, tenderize and aged as good as it gets. No desert needed as we were full and enjoyed our evening. 4.5 stars.

   We were celebrating 2 May birthdays! We received an amazing coupon and special dessert for our birthdays. The server was very nice and the BBQ Ribs were my favorite! Great atmosphere and outstanding food...it doesn't get any better!

   Smelled sewer gas at the entry. The older gentleman bussing tables was disgussing. He brushed crumbs and large pieces of food to the floor rather than disposing & touched plates and silverware when resetting. Hamburger was raw and made husband sick.Very unfortunate and will never revisit.

   This was the second time at Firebirds that I had a foreign object in my salad. This time it was a piece of plastic big enough to choke if swallowed. My daughter’s steak was ordered medium, the same as my son’s steak. His came out med. rare to medium and hers was rare. There were all kinds of apologies and the young man waiting our table couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. Two managers however, are more suited to fast food restaurants than fine dining. The meals were re - prepared and served with apologies and a free dessert. Steaks improperly and inconsistently prepared are a challenge. But if I had swallowed that plastic and choked, the lawsuit and subsequent reputation issues would have substantial. They should get a new management team in place before it costs the restaurant dearly. We won’t be back.

   Server was great and did an outstanding job under the circumstances. We waited 30 minutes beyond our reservation to be seated. We were a party of 6, it was Mothers Day and super busy. They were out of the appetizer we wanted and were also out of a couple of side items common for pairing with their steak options. The bread that just came out of the oven was still chilled in the middle. Our opinion was that Firebirds was under prepared for the Mother’s Day rush. This was our first visit. Willing to give them another shot on a less hectic day.

    Kitchen couldn’t keep up… we had to wait 40 minutes for our “reservation” then another 45 minutes for our food. Had to wait for one person’s meal to be re-cooked.

    Not the best experience for Mother's Day. Our appetizer came out cold, but they did fix it by bringing a fresh HOT plate of food. Meals were just OK. Service lacked some. Waitress was not very attentive and we had to ask for several things multiple times. Did not get the complimentary bread until the end when my wife specifically asked for it to go along with her dinner salad. Our overall meal was 3 hours long when it should have been maybe half that.

    It was Mother's Day so we expected it to be crowded and have some delays but not this much. We were seated 35 minutes after our reservation time and then sat for an hour before we got our food. The waiter was friendly but couldn't keep up.

    We found the menu to be somewhat limited. Looking for a chicken entree that was not spicy. Ordered the honey garlic chicken with the sauce on the side, just in case. Thank goodness we did, the sauce turned out to be extremely spicy. But at least the plain chicken was moist and tender.

    in a party of 5, three of the meals (hamburgers) were good, two were not. The chicken breast dish was over cooked and dry. The pasta/chicken dish was too spicy despite being told it was not. The server did not know how to open a wine bottle. Overall, compared to the Firebirds in Orlando, this one did not measure up.

    There were5 of us. One person ordered a rare steak and when it came it was well done. We have to wait at least 40 minutes after the server took our order. Usually when I have dined there I have been very happy with everything but tonight at the business meeting, I was embarrassed. The manager comp the steak, but everyone was finished except the steak order. Not good.

    Not the usual experience unfortunately. It took 45 minutes to get food and then it was cold. The server said she would bring a dessert but she forgot. The manager was no where to be seen. We were in restaurant for almost 2 hours! This is not an inexpensive restaurant so very very disappointing! It will be awhile before decide to try it again.

    The service wasn’t great only because I don’t think they were appropriately staffed. During the whole dinner we saw our waitress twice, and the first time was us flagging her over. Super sweet gal, just working lots of roles. Chicken was tasteless, asked for the glaze that was advertised, received an ice cold cup of it. (Waitress wasn’t aware of it ) burger ordered med was more of a rare, but again we couldn’t get anyone to help us so we dealt with it. Overall, it wasn’t the greatest, manager offered to remake food, which was appreciated but we had already consumed half the meal and had been waiting for a while. I know they tried. Overall complaint was lack of staff, or a waitress that was expected to perform many roles. Manager gave us some VIP cards which was wise on her part, because I wasn’t planning on returning. Although I may give them some time to get more staff?

    We had a party of 6 and requested a table when reservations were made. We were led to a very small table that wouldn't have accommodated all of us with drinks and plates etc. We ended up asking for the booth next. Not our preference but it worked. The food and service was great. Just wish there were better seating options.

    We have had meals at Firebirds several times but the service missed the mark this round. Our server was nice but not very attentive. When requesting refills of our drinks she would leave the previous glass on the table and our table was filled with lots of dishes never offering to remove them. At one point I asked can you remove them? There seem to be a group of the severs just hanging out in the kitchen area just talking. I think it would be a great coaching opportunity for the servers to be attentive not just asking how are things but observe the customer and anticipate their needs. I was disappointed in the service but will look to visit one more time.

    It was a busy night at Firebirds! Took a few minutes to get our table. Took forever to get our server and then she hardly came back. Had to flag people down to get any service! Food was good though, everything did come out fairly fresh except the bread. Salmon salad was spot on.

    I took the family to Firebirds for Easter. With our reservations through OpenTable we were seated immediately, however no one took our order for about 30 minutes after that. Service was fairly slow, although the waitress was very sweet. Everyone in our party said the food was great. We started with the deviled egg appetizer, which was fantastic. I had the cilantro grilled chicken, which was tender and flavorful. Other than the long wait, it was a good experience. And since it was Easter we didn't mind the wait too much.

    The food was good. The service wasn't. We asked for dessert and the server must have heard sugar. She brought an overabundance of sugar packets. Then I explained we were celebrating and she went into the 3 types of celebrations they do, anniversary, wedding, birthday. My son said, it was my wife's birthday yesterday. My husband also mentioned that the mens room was in need of attention. He visited twice and both times it had not been addressed.

    I was recommended this restaurant by my best friend and she was absolutely correct! Great food great portions excellent service our guy was great very attentive and went over and beyond! The food was plentiful and they have the best carrot cake I have ever eaten.
