   As always we had a wonderful experience at Firebirds. The prime rib is my go to menu choice, and the lobster queso dip is my wife’s. Every time they are prepared to the highest standard. The service was also outstanding. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely be back.

   Our first time at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, from the moment we walked in and greeted by the hostess the staff were all very upbeat and friendly and the service & food was excellent!! We definitely will return!

    We have been going to this Firebirds for many years. We live 45 minutes away now, but my son wanted to go here for Memorial Day. He is active duty in the USMC. The food was great as usual. The service was very slow and our waitress got a few things incorrect and kept forgetting things. Firebirds is considered upscale so you would expect really good service. Even with a free entree we spent $100. Our waitress didn't write our orders down, which could be fine, but to keep coming back to clarify what we ordered was a nuisance. I do recommend Firebirds, but I hope they improve their service.

    Firebird's is always a nice event. The food is very good, the prices reasonable, and the service exceptional. I also value their commitment and support of military veterans. I always feel appreciated there.

    We had a reservation but were seated 15 minutes later than the reservation time. The place was busy and the service was friendly, but infrequent. We were charged for a side dish we did not receive and I ordered the surf and turf ($70+ dollars) and the lobster tail came out more than 10 minutes after the rest of the food. And honestly, it was gross. Not impressed.

    We Love Firebirds! ALL the personnel are The Best...from the greeters...we had a Very Short wait...the seaters very kind ...to the servers...AND, the Food...we cleaned our plates...no doggy bag for us. It was very noisy...but then, it was a special day with special pricing...that made a difference. Eric talked with us for a while...it was so Good that he gave us some of his very Busy time. Our server Dillon was just Super helpful...and Bridgett never stopped to take a breath...the two of them were non-stop without loosing any of their good dispositions and Fire bird's quality service.     We love Firebirds and we always go there when we’re in the NW valley. Yesterday was very good as always but I will say the food wasn’t as hot as usual. Thinking maybe it sat in the warmer a bit before she picked it up. We didn’t say anything because being a holiday you were very busy and it wasn’t cold, just warm.     Our visit was not up to the usual standards of Firebirds. We were honoring my son’s military service and he ordered a medium burger and it was well done. It was prepared a second time and was still well done. He opted to not try for a third time and ended up going home hungry. My chicken sandwich was very dry and my granddaughter’s salmon was seared and dry. Not what we had come to expect from Firebirds.

    Delicious food in a lovely (somewhat noisy) dining room. My favorite is the Colorado Chicken Salad & my husband had the Club Sandwich with fruit. Great! Our server was a bit slow on requests but it was a busy day! Took home my favorite dessert for later, the lemon layer cake with blueberries. Many thanks for my husband's complimentary meal on Memorial Day and being told, "Thank you for your service." We appreciated it! Firebirds is our favorite restaurant!

    I'm usually amazed with Firebirds, but yesterday was disappointing. I ordered a steak, medium well, it was served medium rare. I ordered a loaded baked potato, it didn't show up with the steak. The waitress took our order and didn't write anything down. Her memory failed all of us. Of course she would say I didn't order a loaded potato and that I ordered a medium rare steak.

    Our server was amazing! We had the fried green tomatos - yum! I had the cheesburger and soup combo, my husband had the Durango burger and tots. I THINK they mixed up our burgers. I asked for mine to be more on the well side and my husband asked for medium. Mine was pure pink and his barely had any pink. I was full after the tomato and soup so I just had her box up the burger. Nothing a microwave can't fix. No worries. The food overall was very good and we will be back and look forward to the new one opening on Wadell!

    Service was good, no issues there. The problem was with the food. It was cooked properly but the flavor was lacking. My steak was extremely salty. My wife’s Parmesan crusted chicken just didn’t taste good at all. The bartender did make good cocktails though.

    The food was fabulous as usual, cooked to perfection! Our server was attentive even though he had a lot of tables to care for he always stopped and asked how we were doing, refilling waters and lemonade, as well as bringing us nice warm bread. It was a great birthday dinner.
