Regrettably, our visit left us disappointed. The service lacked guidance on responsible drinking and food allocation. A member of our group received an inadequate prawn dish and was informed belatedly about a solution. Enhancing staff training would be valuable. Our experience highlighted gaps in service provision and knowledge.

Food was good but very expensive given portion size. Margarita was very small. Salad was composed of 8 pieces of lettuce? Not properly mixed. Dessert was good. Burger was OK but the burger lacked seasoning and any sauces.. Restaurant was honestly filthy. Watched a hotel guest walk into the main bar/venue in a bathrobe and without shoes on.. ew.. their menus have never been cleaned and the table surfaces were covered in old smudges.. Honestly wouldn't go here again. Staff nice.

The food was very good! The servers were extremely busy and could have used more training as they seemed unfamiliar with timing of food items and terminology of items on the menu and how to explain the way that dishes were prepared.

This may have been the worst meal out I can remember in recent memory. The menu sounded interesting but execution was uninspired. They did take the extra step for some fancy plating, but that did not make up for the complete lack of flavor and overall disappointment my group felt in all of the 6 dishes we ordered.

I don’t typically leave entirely negative reviews but this encounter stood out. After standing unacknowledged at the hostess podium for 8 minutes and arriving on time for our reservation we were seated by the hostess who had earlier walked by us 3 times with no acknowledgement. We then proceeded to wait for an additional 20 minutes for a server who also had walked past us more than twice. The restaurant was not that busy, it was loud and the hostess was rude. Service did not appear to be of any concern. Perhaps why it wasn’t difficult to get a reservation there. I doubted kitchen service was going to improve so we left.

Ordered the Wagyu steak and the hot pot. Steak was severely overlooked, everything was cooked on the grill and had too much char. Portions were small and the prices were slightly high. We also ordered the charcuterie board which was good. Service was good.

Horrible experience. Decent food (what we were actually able to order). Server incorrectly entered food we did not order and delivered food to our table what we did not order. Poor attention to detail. Also numerous items we ordered were not available. Just poor planning on their behalf. Then when the check comes the items we did not order and those we ordered that weren’t available were on the bill! Cmon… you know what we had and didn’t even bother to ensure it was accurate????? Perhaps it’s time for some top down training. I’d avoid this place until they get their act together. Not worth it when there are better places nearby.

Well, we will probably not be back. There was one server last night and he was trying very hard. What we noticed was that your food quality and variety has gone down considerably. This hotel used to be a destination of ours, sadly, it has come to an end. For instance, when we got to our room, the refrigerator was full of other items from the previous guest. Goodbye.

Service was fast and really polite. Wednesday has live music that was nice. Cauliflower "wings" were great and the burger was perfect! Great for date night or craft cocktails out.

Your system doesn't work. We had a great evening. I described it with compliments to our server and the greeter who seated us. But then your system wouldn't let me submit my comments. The only option was to "go back". You need to check your system and work out the bugs.

We had reservations for 2 and the table they offered was the very smallest and closest to the door. There were other open non-reserved tables so we felt they should have had a larger one farther from the door reserved for us. We did ask for another table and were seated at a slightly better table. The server was very good and the food was good.

We ordered the calamari as an appetiser and it was excellent ! I would definitely order it again! I ordered the scallop cooked on a hot rock for my dinner, we had asked the waitress was it a singular, one scallop, or was there more than one, she assured us there was more than one. It was ONE scallop! Sliced very thinly into about 6 slices. Served on a bed of an inedible salt rocks. The price was $20.00! Most absurd order I’ve ever had This has got to be so embarrassing for your restaurant. Warning, others of this ridiculous portion and cost!

We had a delicious meal and appetizers. Great service as well. We went on a busy Friday night and couldn't hear each other over the music. Would absolutely go back, but maybe on a quieter week day.

We came in for Thanksgiving with reservations and we were seated promptly. Wasn’t expecting high top table but the ambiance was lovely. The food on the other hand was subpar but decent portions. The butternut squash soup was a thick glob. There wasn’t anything “soupy” about it, more like baby food. The turkey and stuffing was dry, the green bean casserole was standard and semi flavorless. Would have liked to have the option of ordering from the regular menu items. As far as the service, barely attentive. When plates are set to the side on a small high top, take them away before you bring the next course. Setting empty beverages on the side of the table is also an indication of request refill. We appreciate you being open and serving on a holiday, nonetheless.

I was excited to try this restaurant! It was my daughters birthday so I was treating her. I don’t mind paying a lot of great food. But we had a $300 dinner for two btw - and the food was poor at best. The only thing we can rave about was the salad. Don’t waste your time. Go to Tupelos or Caio Mambos instead.

We came to dinner to enjoy the music offered. We are followers of the band big sky city lights and enjoyed it tremendously. The food was good. The Calimari was soggy and I didn’t enjoy it. Wonderful atmosphere.
